Rooms were not clean, towels/comforter, stained. A/c unit did not work properly. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Security lock did not lock in one of the rooms. Booked two rooms with double beds, they were not able to get them close together, one was on first floor and second was on 2nd floor on other side of hotel. Instead, ended up with 1 double room, and 1 king bed in room. There was a “Jacuzzi”, in king room, but was not able to use cause it was not clean and was not making sounds when we turned it on. The toilet was dirty and not working properly. Key card did not work, having 4 of them, only 2 worked. Spoke with lady at from desk, she said that she wasn’t able to do anything, that we had to speak with “Mike”, but he was not there and should be in later. I didn’t have time to wait as we were here to tour Valdosta State University. Went to check out next morning, same lady said that Mike was only one to take care of any issues, that she could not make any adjustments. Called after we had departed, and he was not there again.

The staff was nice and helpful.

The room could have been better stocked with more towels and toilet paper.

Great staff, Large room, big bed, good location, not noisy.

Floors were mopped but needed a good scrub. Stains on sheets and towels (glad we brought our own). Plumbing needs addressed, slow drainage for bath tub and jacuzzi tub.

The hotel did not have my reservation, for which I had already paid, and the hotel clerk was more interested in dumping trash cans than in helping me so I had to go to another hotel, meaning that I paid twice. Now Booking.com has my money and I got nothing for it. Booking.com owes me over $90. I will never use this service again.

Had roachs.very first thing you seen when you opened door. sheets on bed wasn't clean sheets had hair and dirt all over them. We did not stay 10 mins. don't stay here over priced and under quality and air quality sucked smelled like mildew
