My family stayed in this rental with friends (5 kids total) during spring break week and had a great time. The HEATED pool is the best feature and the kids spent so much time swimming. We rented bikes and this rental is in a perfect, quite location that is still just a bike ride away from everything we needed!

The house was great- perfect location to get anywhere on the island and a 3 minute trip to the grocery. We traveled with our kids ranging from 7-22 and everyone had their own space but also enough room to gather together around the table! The kitchen was perfect for all the meals we prepared and the ping pong table and darts got lots of use! The house was clean and felt so cozy with the beach decor! Even though it was a bit chilly during our stay, we still loved the outdoor space with the screened-in porch and the backyard! We will certainly be back!!

We loved our trip to Tybee Island and the house was outstanding, perfect for our family and guests. Rooms were super spacious and living spaces were perfect for large groups. We even had Chef Chris Litts with The Curated Chefs prepare multiple meals while we rented the vacation house. Chef Chris's complete package included selecting the food with allergies in mind, cooking and the best, finishing with cleanup. His vast experiences in Napa at high end restaurants was evident, a true culinary experience! The services don't come with the house, but if you don't want to cook, this is an option. There was a grill for us to use which was perfect on the days we cooked ourselves. The house itself was fully stocked with items needed for our entire stay (i.e. beach towels, laundry detergent, beach toys and chairs, wagon, etc.). The small pool was great for relaxing and the kids loved it after the beach. Bring bug spray. The screened in porch was a bonus. A quick shower outside was a great way to rinse off after the beach as well. The downstairs was full of games, darts and ping pong. The owners were fantastic, quick to respond to any issue we had, which were just a couple of very minor things. The beach was a short walking distance and the house AC worked fantastic, especially with 90+degrees in August. The house was super clean, very warm and inviting with TVs in every room.The kids loved that. Wifi was great with no issues. Will return again, thanks!

Great, clean, well-appointed property, just like pictured. We had plenty of room for 9 adults, really enjoyed the wide open kitchen/living area and the downstairs eating/gaming area open to the pool. Location was great, convenient to all Tybee beaches and just short drive into Savannah. Host was very accommodating and instructions on how to use everything at the house were really clear. Highly recommend this property and would stay again when we visit the area next time.

Had a wonderful time with my family. Stayed for 5 nights and we cooked brunch everyday. The house is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. Location is great. Within walking distance to beach and grocery store. The pool is a great addition!!

We had a great trip! We loved all the beds, baths and space. The pool was amazing. This house was close to beaches, restaurants and nightlife. We would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend and we would consider staying here again. Mr. Bigwood was a great host and was great with the communication throughout the process.

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining in.The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants and having the market close was very convenient. The home owner was very quick to respond to questions and very easy to rent from.

Overall we had a great time! Just some small issues in the house. I would suggest a wine opener, new can opener (didn't work), batteries (AAA) for remotes, more than one dish towel, some kind of storage containers for leftovers, or baggies, scissors, fly swatter, and some scrap paper.

This home was amazing! The cleanliness and amenities were above and beyond for this house. The host was so informative and helpful. It will be a home we will return to again!

My family enjoyed our stay in this house. We enjoyed eating on the screened in porch and had fun playing games downstairs. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and away from all the traffic. Its a nice, short walk to the beach. The host responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time during our stay and the house was great! It was perfectly located on Tybee, about 4-5 block from the main strip so it is a bit more secluded, but very easily walkable to any spot we wanted to go on the island. There are also plenty of rentable bikes/golf carts on the island to help you get around. It is the perfect distance from Savannah, about 30 minutes to and from if there is no traffic. It was nice to be able to have a beach day, a pool day at the house and 2 days visiting Savannah. It made the trip perfect for all ages with something to do for everyone. The house was exactly as advertised and the living space/outdoor front patio was a great hangout space for a group of 8-12. It was nice that the front patio was screened in to keep out bugs as well. The pool got sun at the perfect time (11-4) and was a great hangout space when the island was busier on the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to the area!

We stayed here during our family vacation! It was very clean and had so many amenities. Pool, toys for the beach & a wagon to take with us, as well as high chair, and travel crib! Plus, there there plenty of games to play on the lowest level, corn hole, darts, ping pong, and bocce ball! This is a great vacation home! We will definitely rent again!

The house was wonderful! It was a perfect stay for our family. Great times spent in the pool and at the beach, which was a quick walk from the house. We also took multiple trips into Savannah which was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The house was spotless with a very open layout. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Grill and ping pong table were a hit on the bottom level. We will definitely stay in the house when we go back to Tybee.

We had 10 adults stay comfortably here. The under the house outside area was amazing. The pool was perfect. We loved eating at the outside screened in porch. Everyone enjoyed their time and had enough space to spread out. The host communicated quickly.

The property was beautiful. It was well equipped. Appreciated that there were sufficient dishwashing tabs, detergent and cleaning products that we did not have to buy any of these things. Salt, pepper and some basic spices were available for use. All the bathrooms had basic toiletries and enough toilet paper to last our stay. I know these seem like little things, but it made the stay easy. We do a lot of VRBO and often the time is complicated by what we need and don’t have. We had none of those moments during our 4 nights in Tybee. Another big plus was the pool area. We usually will ask for the pool to be heated, but end up disappointed when it takes the whole stay to get to a swimmable point. This pool, maybe because of a very slick cover, was useable the entire stay. It was not bath water warm, but warm enough that me and the grand kids got in a swim every day. Tybee is a great beach town. It felt very safe. We walked just about every where. There are many other positives to this property. I can highly recommend it!

We rented this property for a girls long weekend and it was wonderful! The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The outdoor area and pool were great as well. Perfect location. It really had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the washing machine but the owner was very responsive.
