Stayed right before Christmas and the location, atmosphere, size, and cleanliness for a family couldn't be better. Plenty of space to relax when needed so you're not on top of each other. Quiet at night and road and construction noise in the daytime, but the bedrooms are situated further back in from the street. Old San Juan is great! Communication was great as well. We would stay here again. Just know that getting around by car would be difficult as there is no parking really anywhere (we did not have a car and didn't have any problems walking to most places and Uber'ed when needed - including Ubering to a car rental place when we wanted to drive ourselves to other places on the island).

We loved our stay at The Lofts. The neighborhood was vibrant and exciting for the kids. It offered a cultural experience that was an exciting change from the beaches of Puerto Rico. The apartment was comfortable and beautiful and well stocked with the basic necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Our hosts were responsive and kindly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was simple. I would definitely recommend this home.

Peter was on it! Very good communicator and the apartment was very easy to access. Great location close to everything and a parking garage about a block away for $25 a day. The apartment was huge!!

We were quite pleased with our stay. The management was very responsive. The common areas were comfortable and good for socializing. The facility was well-equipped. Two small problems: the bedrooms could use more lights for reading, and one of the double beds was very squeaky. We would recommend this place. Thank you.

This place was right in the middle of everything. It’s so spacious and very clean and owner kept in touch to be sure we had an easy check in. Will definitely use this condo again.

The property was great and the property manager was very responsive. The location was ideal for easy walking to any location. So long as guests are happy to walk/Uber to locations it’s great. No parking would make it challenging for those looking to rent a car.

The property was located in walking distance to all things Old San Juan. The home was a charming loft. It was more than enough room for all five guests in my party. The only downfalls I encountered were the water in the master bedroom shower never got hot and the toilet in the main bathroom needed to be pushed down and held to flush properly. Other than that, the place was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic and spacious property in a great location- easily walkable to all of old Town San Juan. Very quick responses from owner to any questions we had- he was amazingly helpful. Apartment well stocked with pretty much everything we needed, although all the knives were blunt which made chopping and cooking harder. Parking garage close by was full so we had to park a short walk away. Our only disappointment in the property was the fact the bedrooms, which open up to the main family room, had wide sliding glass doors, with no curtains, so no privacy whatsoever when we were in our bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us! There were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. There was also a grocery store nearby that allowed me to start my day off with healthy high protein food. Also had access to pharmacy and other useful stores! Parking was easy since there’s a car garage nearby. If it’s full then it will make thing difficult but you get further on foot around here because traffic gets bad. When we walked in the place smelled clean and looked beautiful. The beds were comfortable with PLENTY of pillows! It was easy walking up the stairs. It’s only one floor up you to climb to get to your room. There were other rooms above us but I never heard anyone. The nightlife can be loud at night but my kids sleep with white noise machines and plus we were exhausted from the beach. Also the beds are to the back of the place away from the windows where there is a lot of foot and car traffic. Oh another plus was plenty of towels and toilet paper. They even provided beach towels!

The place is well located in the center of San Juan. There are places places to eat and shop. A supermarket is near by. The apartment was equipped with everything needed to cook and drink.. The only inconvenience was that the apartment did not have parking. There were two parking facilities far from the place.. One was very expensive.

3 beds and a pack n play! We had 3 adults, a 3yo and a 1yo. The sliding glass doors are clear so there is no privacy, also the first full bed is quite noisy- squeaky everytime you sit or turn in bed, they came to tighten while we were there but it didn’t completely fix it. Not a big deal if you are just needing 2 beds. The empanada place across the street is more of a bar rather than a bakery as I had hope. Otherwise clean and central. We really enjoyed the street view of Old San Juan. Great location -- short walk to shops, restaurants and El Morro for the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer!
