Peaceful stay, comfortable bed, great view-had everything we needed. Place is close to the cute town of Cartersville with great restaurants.

The studio was spacious and had great views of the surrounding mountains. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our visit.

My son and I stayed for 6 days for a baseball tournament. Great place to come back to every day. Everything you'll need, they have. The owners were terrific and the property is amazing and others have said it perfectly.... pictures don't describe how beautiful it was. From the pool area, to the studio we stayed in, the grounds, and the privacy you'll have. So glad we stayed here.

My husband and I stayed at this above-garage apartment while in town for a James Patterson book tour in Woodstock. The weather was very cold and windy, but that made us enjoy the warmth and coziness of the furnishings even more. Overall, the apartment was perfect for our needs--we especially loved the fireplace. The owners were personable and helpful, very available and responsive. The views on this property are stunning. We highly recommend this VRBO and will be back ourselves in the next one to two years.

We loved this little spot, and our stay was way too short - we'll be back. It was so comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed just sitting out in the pavilion loving on one of the cats! This time of year was gorgeous in the trees too. Beautiful place.

Despite the beautiful pictures it was hard to believe just how scenic and mountainous the view was until I saw it in person. This is an absolutely incredible place that I will look forward to visiting again!

Llama Llama where’s the drama? There is none. This was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. Why the Llama comment? There are two of them on the property and goats and some donkeys who all enjoy a view that will take your breathe away. The photos the host has on the description truthfully do not do this property justice. The pool area is beyond wonderful as is the pool house. While you are in the country you are not far from what you need as the nicest Kroger I’ve ever been in is only 4 miles away as are numerous other options. The unit is spacious and well-equipped for 2-3 people. We woke up each day and made breakfast and then went about our day to explore Cartersville, GA and the surrounding area. The host is incredibly nice and her communication is fast and gracious. She wants you to have a great time and enjoy their beautiful property. I felt like I was a valued friend other than a customer. 100% when we return and we will, this will be my fist option to stay. I’m reluctant to share how wonderful it is because I don’t want everyone to know how great it is and it will be be booked when we return :)

The loft and the surrounding property is absolutely beautiful! We had a great time. The hosts were great! Would highly recommend. Hope to come back in the summer.

This was a great place to go to relax. It was extremely peaceful. The view was beautiful and the pool was refreshing. If you need a quiet getaway this is your spot.

Wonderful setting with views of Red Top Mountains from the apartment. The pool and TV area is fantastic. The surrounding property has meandering garden paths which has grazing miniature donkeys, goats, and llamas. Also the studio apartment was clean and roomy with free snacks, beverages! What an great experience!

This rental was absolutely incredible for a couples long weekend getaway! The room was beautiful and spotless. It also smelled amazing. We walked in to find snacks waiting for us. So many towels, if needed. King size bed. Enormous tv. Great natural light. Beyond that, we couldn't believe the pool area. Enjoyed coffee in the outdoor area in the morning and some drinks in the evening. So much space! Had a dip in the pool on a hot day. We enjoyed driving up and down the entrance way and passing by the donkeys, llamas and goats. Lots of cute shops and local places to eat to really make it feel like vacation. But this rental made the trip. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful via text. I would highly recommend this stay.

Check in was seamless and very easy. The property itself was GORGEOUS and the room was spectacular, with a fantastic view. Room was stocked with everything you could need for cooking, snacks and drinks. The hosts are very nice and easy to reach if there are any issues with the room(s). They also suggested a few places for hiking and recreation while we were there. Absolutely top tier experience.

This place was exactly as it was described, absolutely beautiful. The property owners were super kind and made us feel welcomed. They treated us as if we were guest in their home. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The views are stunning and the farm animals are fun to watch and pet. The pavilion and pool were also top notch. We spent the entire day there and never rent to the apartment. Cooked dinner poolside in the outdoor kitchen. I will definitely stay here again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place in Cartersville.

This property is far better in person than pictures account for. I’m visiting the area for work and I feel like I’m on vacation when I come “home” to the farm. The animals are lovely. They aren’t loud or bothersome whatsoever. The owners were here for a few days during my stay and I never ran into them; however, Dawn reached out electronically to make sure all my needs were met. The host was wonderful and it was nice to open the door and hear nature. Having a break from the hustle and bustle of the city is just what we needed and then place was the perfect place. If we needed something the host was responsive in minute and there to help. We will definitely book again.

We had a great weekend away at this beautiful property. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet getaway not too far from Atlanta. The hosts were responsive and wonderful, and the space was exactly what I expected.

The location is hidden from the city, and at the same time the major shopping areas are less than 10 minutes drive. The area is very tranquil, up on the hill, the views are amazing. The hosts Dawn and Ricky are wonderful people, very responsive, attentive and kind. We really enjoyed communicating with them. At the same time we never felt disturbed by the hosts - the area is large and the hosts are very delicate. Llamas, donkeys, goats and other farm animals are absolutely adorable. We had a lot of fun hanging out with them. An amazing place, highly recommended. It’s much more than you see on the pictures.

The property is stunningly beautiful and comes with an amazing view!! The unit was spotless and warm and inviting and we had a hard time believing that we had the pool and outdoor pavilion all to ourselves. And the property owners are wonderful!! We highly recommend staying here!
