The location was great very near to the village. Except the check in is too late and the checkout is too early. It would've been fantastic to add an hour for both check in and check out.

Loved the accommodations....so much room...they had Everything there...pots, pans, cutlery, plates, dishwasher, washer ,dryer, ....and a BBQ in the back....we loved spending 2 nights there...so convenient and close to the village

Bathtub was dirty and no compensation for that I didn’t know that I would be placed to second floor. We had to move everything upstairs. There was an elderly person with us had to stay up all long of our stay

Location was amazing and it was comfortable and a great size.

It was a fantastic experience, we like to drive over to Blue Mountain every year and we will definitely be booking back at Wintergreen next year, my son also requested that we book the exact same town. It was so comfy and cozy and had absolutely everything that we needed. I have stayed at the village and at North Creek as well, Wintergreen hands down beats them both.

That check in was at 4 pm and check-out was at 10 am.

The pots and the pans in the kitchen were absolutely disgusting. You couldn't even use half of the stuff in the kitchen. Most of it should be thrown in the garbage. The barbeque needs replacing as flames were shooting up. The beds were clean upon arrival, but it didn't look like anything else was cleaned. I vacuumed, dusted and disinfected everything before we unpacked. I also never received my day of email stating my entry code, so I had to call the 1-800 number for that. I also had to call for more towels. They arrived within the hour. :) Our apartment also only had one parking pass and we had to request one other pass.

Great location.. close to everything and the house was spotless and very clean.... Check out could be a little later though!! 10 am is waaay to early to have to get up on vacation!
