I loved the location and convenience of being so close to a beach and shopping, if needed. The accommodations were nice and I liked the breakfast and dinner being included in with the price of the hotel room.

I didn't like the mosquitos at the property - especially in the eating hall. If you know there is a mosquito problem, close the windows and have the air conditioner on for your guests. This would be much better than having guests have mosquito bites. I got bit every night while there. I think the hotel should have wifi for free. We are 2021.... 99% of hotels don't charge a daily rate for wifi service.

The place is to relax and not worry of anything! There are many positive point for this hotel: -Big comfy quite room with balcony toward sea! We booked a simple room but to our surprise our balcony had little view to the sea which was very nice. The room was made every single day. The pool was also very clean and enjoyable. -The staffs are nice and polite plus they speak your language English, German and etc. -The food buffet was very acceptable. In every meal, they try to incude some local Spanish foods, starters or even desserts which is rare to see in most of the hotels. -The location is very central and every thing is nearby. Despite that fact that is central it is not a big hassle to park your car. -Cala Millor is a city but the beach infront of hotel looks very untouched with crystal clear water! So you don't need to go far to enjoy a nice beach!

Location was fantastic . Beach was literally across the road . Could see the beach and ocean from my bed by pool . Happy days says Kyle Hayes . Once set up by the pool I could just pop over and back to the beach and pool .

Dinners had a lot of choice but not great for potatoes or meat . I am irish bye the way . mostly chips , wedges etc . not even mash potatoes . Catered more for German and central European tastes . Breakfast was very good with a good selection on offer . I had scrambled eggs and beans , Black pudding etc so a full irish breakfast was available and one could eat as much as they wanted . Overall happy enough with the food there . Staff were very friendly and spoke Spanish, German and a bit of English .

Beautiful hotel with a clean room and excellent view, only two minutes from the amazing beach.

No internet connection in the rooms - only if you paid for it, which is strange to experience in 2021, when even any hostel provides you wifi for free

Despite the hotel being nearly empty, I was given a room fit for a 12 year old boy Room 434 in the corner. I was at the hotel for 11 days and felt this could have been taken Into consideration. The picture on my booking form was of a double bed a nice size room. The bed was too small I am a woman of 78 years of age and the bed was uncomfortable. Probably because it iwas push up against the curtain and window. In future going to any hotel I will ask to see the true picture of the room I am to stay in. Before coming to your hotel I stayed at Carn forte palace where my daughter had her room change as she pointed out the hotel was nearly empty and could they keep the people who were there safe and comfortable. She was given a very good room at no extra cost which help us relax and feel safe.. I have a very large family and many friends connected in the past to Majorica as my daughter husband is a super yacht captain and in the past owned property in Port of Portles in the south of the island. I certainly could not recommend this hotel for either there crew or friends to stay in. The carpet from the third to fourth floor was dirty and didn’t look as though it had been vacuumed for months. Considering cleanliness is very important re. Covid and lack of visitor I felt the carpet should have at least have been clean. My room was very well cleaned. I am not sure of the rules in Majorca as regards hygiene in the Dining Room. But I felt someone should have been behind the food counters with gloves serving food on to people’s plate instead of everyone picking up the same spoons and serving tongs to put the food on to their plates.

Nice enough hotel. Rooms are functional but clean. Pool area is good for the price and it's well located close to the strip and good for restaurants and bars.

Was travelling to meet friends who were staying at another hotel. Arrived earlier than anticipated due to having to rebook a flight as my original booking was with Thomas Cook. Arrived at around 5:00am and asked if I could wait in reception until things started to open and I could get breakfast and staff refused. Had to trudge around in the dark in an unfamiliar area with my luggage in tow. Everything feels a bit of an upsell, you have to pay to use the safe in your room and toiletries are not replaced so had to buy my own.

Hotel location , very clean hotel and bar prices were good as well .would go again .

The only thing was because we went room only we never had a kettle in our room to make a drink first thing in morning or a small fridge too keep water cold.
