needs refurbishing - carpets in common areas totally worn out

New and very clean hotel. Great location, great service, rooms big enough, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. We appreciated the pool and pool bar as well. National monument is just 8 minutes walking.

Their address is confusing to Taxies. there are two three properties with same name. They distribute the old address card with a phone number of other property. Need improvements.

The location is central to everything. I like that’s very close to all the markets. I like that they have a pool, a steamer, and a hot jacuzzi.

I wish they have more equipments in the gym. And it’s a little frustrating about the jacuzzi, it’s not very hot, and you have to ask a worker to turn it on 30 minutes before if you want water to be a little hot.

The F&B staff is friendly (the only staff is smiling).

Coming from a hospitality background, I would like to suggest the management team to upgrade the FO training as well as add up the friendliness of the property.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful pool and courtyard area, it really surprises you.

They didn't bring any free water in my room, so i have to buy from mini bar. Cost 4,40$

the location and the facilities are a HUGE factor for my family to enjoy a relaxing holiday
