Great location for Disney, property well designed

Although the hurricane really messed up our planes the house was very comfortable

Stayed here while we did all 4 Disney parks for the week. Commute to and from the parks was not bad at all usually about 15-30 mins. Very local to gas, grocery and dining options. House was as pictured however it is no longer an end unit. We had no neighbors the whole week though and it felt very peaceful and quiet. Neighborhood is gated and patrolled which made it feel very safe. House was pretty clean, no major cleaning issues besides the fridge had a slight fishy smell and the pool and deck area had a lot of dead bugs around it. Would stay here again!

Refrigerator issues - resolved. Otherwise everyone enjoyed. There for Special Olympics.

This property was great for us! We didn't spend a lot of time in the house, but when we were there it fit all our needs. We did have issues with the Wi-Fi code not working, but since we were not at the home during the day, we were able to get by without the wifi. The property was just as described in the listing.

Just perfect.

Check/in process was easy! However, upon arrival we found the back door was broken so my husband had to go in/out the front door everyday to lock the house. Downstairs tv didn’t connect to WiFi at all. There was trash on the floor, under the couch & all in the rug. Did not seem like they sweep/mopped at all (under my feet were black)! Upstairs I found trash still in “wet bar” cabinets as well as stains on the bedding & hair/debris all over the couch. Definitely needs better maintenance especially since a fee is charged for that!

Nice house, well kept and close to all the parks Loved the pool. Definitely worth paying for it to be heated. Any small issues we emailed the management company and they took care of it even on a Sunday. Would definitely stay there again!!

We loved our stay at Bay Lake, the house and especially the beds were very comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay very much. We didn't try out the pool, we were at the parks all day., but it looked fun; maybe a summer trip next time. I rated the accuracy of the listing down one start because the house shown in the picture is not the house you stay in; the one pictured is down the street. Construction is wrapping up at the home beside the one you actually stay in; but it in no way affected our stay. One thing we did find inconvenient, you open the front door with a code; there is a lock box on the porch but no key in it. Unfortunately, you park in the drive on the back of the house. We ended up dropping off/picking up our party in the front of the house so they could go through and unlock the back door for the drivers. A key in the lockbox would have been very helpful. I still would definitely recommend staying at this property and plan on staying there again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

My wife, three kids, and mother stayed here for five nights. The complex is rather new and is a gated community. The house was spacious and we had a lot more room for a family of our size compared to Disney resort packages. This is the first time we ventured off of Disney properties in the 10 times we have visit since the 1980's. The only thing we were concerned about prior to coming this time was how we would get to and from the parks. Well, it was super easy and really fast to use Uber. The shortest length for pickup at the house or parks was three minutes and the longest pickups were 10-12 minutes. Your are dropped off and picked up at the bus terminals (or transportation and ticket center for Disney Land) and NOT the car parking lots that are pretty busy prior to opening and after the park closes. Once you are on the Disney properties or hotels the monorails, buses, etc., are free to ride. Almost every Uber driver we met states they only focus on Disney properties for pickups and returning families home. We went in January so wait times may be a little longer in the summer months. If you want a lot more space for less money this is the place to stay. There is a great game room for the kids as well.

House was gorgeous, so many rooms and each one had there own bathroom (great for privacy). Pool was always warm and clean.

Our first post-COVID VRBO rental. I had neglected reading the entire information and was initially surprised that there was no body soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, extra toilet paper. But there is an excellent grocer .71 miles away. Location was great but the bedroom arrangement was excellent!

Very roomy and well appointed. Recently built. Close to Disney. Great place! A couple of maintenance issues, but otherwise no problems.

Our party of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Check in was quick and easy, the home was clean and tidy and exactly as pictured. The game room was a cool surprise! We had a tournament of air hockey and it was a hilariously good time. I washed some of the couch pillowcases a few of them had stains. Also the master bathroom shower on the left doesn't drain very well. Nothing major Thank you for the stay! Our family had many laughs and great conversation at the dining table. We'll be back for sure!

House located right next to houses being built so view wasn’t the best but we where inside the house anyway but should have been mentioned

Everything VRBO stated was true and accurate. Very nice for the price.

My family rented a house the week of July 11 and we were thoroughly disappointed. To start off when we walked into the house another family was already staying at the location and we walked into them trying to enjoy their night. Truly embarrassing. We called the emergency number and they said we were supposed to have been the only ones to rent the house. Turns out you guys double booked the house but only put my family’s name through. We were taken to another house and when we got there it was not ready or clean so we were taken to another location. It was clean but definitely not ready for a family to stay for vacation. We didn’t get settled in until two in the morning and I have young kids who were tired and exhausted from the long drive!! We were told it was only for the night but we ended up staying there the whole vacation. The house was not well kept. The master bedroom lights kept turning on and off and my son in law got a rash from the bedding. We will not be using vrbo anymore even though we have been using it for years. Truly disappointed.

The house overall was great. A couple of things that should be addressed are the tv’s in the bedrooms did not work and the cook top had a broken burner. I had great communication with the property manager until we got to the house and then my emails and calls were not returned. We had a couple of minor issues and it would have been nice if they were at least acknowledged. With that being said the property was spacious, clean, and in a convenient location!

This property was such a nice surprise! We thoroughly enjoyed the place and would return! The only minor complaint is the TV/cable. We couldn't figure out how to utilize it other than streaming services. Other than that minor detail, everything else was wonderful (this being our first time using VRBO). Highly recommend this property!

Love the location. Pool was bit chilly in March and not in the sun for most of the day only morning sun. Just so you know if you were wanting full pool days. Also kitchen could use some more pans, utensils, baking dishes and towels. Sounds like we didn’t like it but we really did. Just ended up buying some things for the kitchen

Although the original location listed on VRBO was incorrect, this property ended up suiting our needs nicely. Very spacious, clean. Didn’t use the pool bc it looked as tho it needed to be vacuumed. Overall I was pleased, would rent again.

We enjoyed staying here! The property was clean and convenient to the parks.
