What an incredible getaway! Very quiet and private. Coffee on the patio with mountain views was my favorite part. My toddler loved seeing the horses across the street! Very close to all the fun in Manitou Springs. Easy access to the city or hiking. Very accommodating hosts, comfortable beds, big closets, tons of natural lighting, stocked kitchen, wine cooler, beautiful landscaping... you don't have to leave your VRBO to enjoy your vacation.

The house was exactly as described. Nice neighborhood conveniently located to a ton of attractions. Hosts were gracious enough to think of everything we needed. Kitchen has ample supplies of everything we could want for cooking there. Gas grill was nice one night. Bathrooms had ample supplies for our stay. Even the laundry room had enough tide pods to do a couple loads of laundry, we didn't need to bring some with just in case. Fit out vacation perfectly. Would 100% stay here again!! Thank you so much for thinking of everything we could have needed and then some with the welcome snack assortment.

This was our first time visiting Colorado and this VRBO was a great place to call home for 5 nights. This place exceeded our expectations. From the first look when you pull into the driveway to the personalized goodie basket on the kitchen counter. This was a 10 out of 10. It is close to everything you’d want to see in the Colorado Springs area. We toured Garden of the Gods 4 times since we were so close. The home is well cared for and very clean. I really appreciated all the suggestions/brochures on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We would definitely stay here again.

Home. Everything you need. Close to groceries and you can walk right onto hiking trails.. no need to drive miles and miles to hike. I'm a nerd that is very out of shape but at the end of the week was walking the palmer trails .. beautiful and nice to see I could get my bones on those hills and quickly get back to comfort... Nice people and care in providing you with a home to walk off the trails to begin relaxing.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home so close to garden of the God you can bust walk there and close town Tons of light beautiful garden very comfortable beds they had snacks waiting for us Could have not been any better

Everything was clean, wonderful, and as described in the listing. The mountain views and easy distance to all the natural attractions, especially Garden of the Gods, was our favorite part.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean and airy inside, with a lovely patio outside. We thoroughly enjoyed nearby Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. In the evenings, we were visited by the mule deer passing through. The Welcome book has directions to the attractions and to the nearest grocery, and the Eats book has suggestions for local restaurants. We found a nice basket of snacks when we arrived, which was very much appreciated after traveling all day to reach our vacation destination. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

I booked this home because of all the 5 star reviews and yup! I’m giving it another one. The home is stellar. Yes, it looks just like the photos. The decor is super cute, lots of Colorado and local touches. The living areas have plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped with two coffeemakers, a traditional and a Keurig. The beds are comfortable and excellent amenities in the bathrooms. Love the Turkish towels and makeup cloths. Thoughtful touches everywhere. There’s outdoor seating and we were visited by deer every morning. The home is walking distance to the south entrance of Garden of the Gods. That’s where Balance Rock is, great photo op. Don’t miss walking in Garden of the Gods, spectacular! Both Manitou and Old Colorado City are nearby. Lots of cute shops and unique restaurants. The hosts are easy to communicate with and checkin was a breeze. We would love to stay here again. Top notch home!

This very clean, comfortable home is well stocked with anything you could need and in such a great central location to many of the Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs attractions. Marcia and Brian were excellent and thoughtful hosts, particularly as the massive snow storm hit on 3/13-3/14. We appreciated their kindness and greatly enjoyed our stay in their VRBO. If we ever get to return to Colorado, I would certainly stay here again as this was perfect for our family of 5. Thank you Marcia and Brian for being such wonderful hosts!

This cozy, comfortable home exceeded our expectations. We stayed here over a long weekend, and as promised, was well-located for hikes and excursions in and around the Springs. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the hosts provided a complimentary selection of snacks, in addition to an honor bar for wine. It was quiet and peaceful, and the highlight was a morning visit from 10 mule deer! We would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 3 this was a perfect place for us! Home was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, living room felt super cozy! This place is in close proximity to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo & restaurants! We had a great time here definitely recommend this place for small family/groups! We were there to visit my son for the Christmas holiday, who is stationed in Colorado Springs. Everything was just perfect! When we checked in, they had the home decorated with small x-mas trees and holiday lights and bedding, it made us feel like we were celebrating Christmas, even though we were not in our own home! Every detail to make it perfect was indeed met! There were snacks out to enjoy, drinks in the fridge and a personalized welcome letter to let us know everything about the home and nearby attractions. Every day the deer would come right into the yard and it was so amazing to just watch them graze! Being so close to the Garden of the Gods, we walked to it and enjoyed a majestic sunrise on a clear, yet chilly morning. To say that the hosts were thoughtful in making our stay feel like "home" is an understatement! The home is so beautiful, nestled in the base of the mountains and all the beauty that surrounds it. Horses, deer, turkeys, beautiful sunrise/sunset views were so peaceful and quiet! We loved it so much, we have already talked about going back again next year - but only if this beautiful home is available! We couldn't be happier with our experience with the host and their simply beautiful home. Thank you, for helping provide such a wonderful Christmas experience for our family!

This cute loft has tons of modern updates and packs a might punch! Clean, bright and cheery with a place for everything and everything in its place. Well stocked, excellent use of space and lovely amenities I.e. wine fridge, bamboo pillows, Egyptian bath towels. Our family had plenty of space as four adults and the walk to the Garden was wonderful. Well done!

The home was gorgeous, with all the touches of coziness and warmth we were hoping for. As far as the location goes - it could not have been more perfect! Walking to Garden of the Gods, or driving 5 mins to Manutou Springs was so incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Colorado Springs!

This house could not be more perfectly placed! We were next to every activity on our list from, hiking, to cave touring, to horseback riding. We saw deer while we drank our coffee with a Mountain View. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This property was exactly what we expected. It was convenient to many things we had planned. It was easy to find. We rode horses through the Garden of the Gods park & had a great time. We were able to pickup our grandson from the Air Force Academy & enjoyed some great family time together. The house had plenty of room, bedrooms were nice, & kitchen had everything we needed. Grocery store was close. We spent time in Old Colorado City & Manitou Springs. Overall a great long weekend.

This property was perfect for our family trip and the host couldn't have been more thoughtful about the small touches that made it like home.....everything from a personal note and snacks to well labeled wall switches, a comprehensive notebook/guide for what to do and see, even the towels were special! It was the most welcoming feeling and communication with Marcia was easy and helpful. We really loved the location, and the home couldn't have been more pristine and clean. The outside space is charming, and the walk to Garden of the Gods is splendid! We enjoyed it very much, and will be back! I highly recommend this location when visiting CO Springs....perfectly situated between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, its the perfect location and you will be impressed by the home and the homeowners! Highly recommend it.

This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed at. The location was phenomenal. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could imagine, and the wine fridge for a$10 donation was an exceptional Touch. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were extremely clean and tidy as well as Tastefully decorated. If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully appointed with kitchen necessities and comforts for relaxing and sleeping. We have stayed at VRBO’s around the country and this one is at or near the top in every aspect. We will earnestly recommend it to our friends and look forward to the next opportunity to stay here again.

Had wedding at Garden of the Gods and the place was close and easy to access. Was very clean and was stocked with everything you need for a stay. Would recommend

We are 2 couples spending 3 weeks in Colorado. This was our 2nd home rental. It was excellent for us in that upstairs and downstairs had a bedroom, bathroom, and living quarters with kitchen on 1st floor. Enjoyed having a washer/dryer/dishwasher stocked with detergents. SOMETIMES, there was a horse smell from ranch down the block but guys still BBQ our dinner! I’d definitely recommend this home and return if I was in area.

This property is amazing! It is obvious Marcia and Bryan have paid great attention to even small details to make this property feel warm and inviting. From the welcome note, to the snack basket, to the book loaded with restaurant and activity ideas. The property was spotless, exactly as pictured. The kitchen has everything needed to fix a quick snack to full meal. It is located close to Manitou shopping, Garden of the Gods, and the Air Force Academy The outside area is the perfect place for late night adult drinks or early morning coffee. We enjoyed watching the neighborhood deer family watching us as we drank our morning coffee I would recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this property-host left several unexpected amenities (K cups, hair dryer), and was very responsive to the minor issue we encountered during our stay. Property was as described and very comfortable for two adults and two teens. This was our first VRBO experience and we will definitely try it again!

LOVED this place! The hosts really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable, with all the little extra touches. The wine fridge, with wine for purchase at a reasonable price, was a GREAT idea!! Plus it's a gorgeous location and close to everything. It's great to be able to walk down the street and hike Garden of the Gods trails.
