We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 3 generation family. Our four grandkids totally loved the beach and pool. The adults loved the house and the location. This is our second year staying here and have already reserved if for next year.

Wow! Great house great location great Hosts . My family couldn’t ask for a more beautiful prefect vacation . The beaches are beautiful the pool was used everyday an added plus. Will return for sure. LOVED!

Great and convenient location and comes with everything you need for a family beach vacation. This is the most convenient beach access we’ve had, you can see the beach access from the house. It’s a short walk in that you can run back and forth to the house to get stuff. The board walk is not that long and the stairs aren’t bad at all. It was so nice that it comes with chair and umbrella setup included, so no need to carry that to the beach, and they set us up right near the boardwalk. It is a private beach and was not crowded at all which was so nice, so everyone got a front row seat to the shoreline. If you look over to the public beach which is right next to it, it looked very crowded. The house comes with all the beach gear you need, chairs, beach towels sand toys, boogie boards, wagon, cooler, etc…so it was nice not having to pack that! We used the wagon when going to other beaches. It’s also right across street from shops and restaurants which is really nice. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, we liked that it had an air fryer. It was good to have the pool (we paid to have heated which felt great) as an alternative to the beach, especially because three ocean water temperature was a little cold and too big of waves for the younger kids. The pool is not huge but it’s good enough size. We had only one issue when the pool was not heating, and they fixed it the next morning. The hosts have great communication!

We had a great stay! We paid extra to have the pool heated (which was awesome) but we were a bit disappointed that there was no lighting at the pool--it gets dark around 4:45pm in the winter and just wasn't safe for our kids to swim without lighting (there was none inside the pool or on the deck). They are on 9,7,6 & 4. Other than that the house was well stocked and Steve and Gigi were excellent with logistics and responsiveness!

Our extended family of 6 adults and 5 children from under 1 year old to 17 years old stayed at Gigi’s house during Fall Break. It was a wonderful experience. Beautiful house with everything you need in an ideal location with perfect weather. Can’t recommend it highly enough. And what a great host!

This beach "home" has everything you need for a great trip. The large front porch is the perfect place to drink coffee in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening. The owners provided beach chairs (in addition to the free set up), beach towels, ice chest and so many extras. Our group is planning a return trip next year.

The Beach cottage was perfect for our family beach trip! We stayed here with my parents, my family of 5, and my sister's family of 4. It was plenty big enough for us all. There are so many good things I could say about it! We loved how close it was to the beach, coffee, icecream, and stores! Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was an added convenience. We also appreciate the little things offered like hangers, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Gigi was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. We hope to visit again in the future!

Minutes to the beach and a private pool was a total must with two small children. They were obsessed with the pool. Great place, very comfy and had everything you could need.

This was our 3rd trip to 30A. Every year prior has been wonderful based on the area and the beach. For the first time we can say it was wonderful based on the area AND the house and owners. Gigi and Steve are amazing people. Checked in with us numerous times to see how things were going. The house is simply awesome. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out easily. So close to the beach! Cleanest house we’ve rented! And having all the beach towels, beach toys, and having an umbrella and two chair setup included?! Can’t beat that! We are already planning on booking again next year! Thank you guys for an amazing family vacation!

Gigi and Steve were very gracious hosts, the check in process was simple and I felt very informed before we arrived from the welcome packet they had sent. The house was in such a great location to enjoy the private beach while still being walking distance to food and shopping. The security on the beach made me feel at ease. With the public access right next door I was concerned but the security was on top of making sure you were supposed to be there. It was without a doubt our easier beach trip with kids we have ever taken. Not having to pack beach towels, boogie boards and sand toys made for a much simpler trip! Thank you Gigi and Steve!

This home was the cleanest we have ever rented and kitchen was very well stocked. Gigi was very responsive to any questions we had. The location of the home is in Sunrise Beach and it is our favorite neighborhood on 30a. Private beach and close to restaurants and shops. We had a great vacation!

Nine of us stayed for a week to celebrate my mom’s retirement. Ages ranged from 5 and up. The four cousins shared the top floor “kid room” and had a ball!! Each kid had their own double bed and the half bath on-suite was a bonus!! The adults loved having a common space big enough to accommodate everyone and also our own retreat with an on-suite bathroom. The pool was perfect for us and a great alternative to the beach. The beach was amazing and we loved having access to the towels and chairs. The house was very clean—a must in my book! Gigi and Steve were super responsive and made things so easy. The location was great as well. We all thoroughly enjoyed our vacation!!

Perfect arrangement for our three families. Incredibly well stocked. Loved the gated community and private beach with security and beach service. Wonderful location to walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Pool was an added plus for kids. Would definitely stay there again.

This house has it all! Location was AMAZING close to the beach and close to shops/restaurants. The house was so well stocked that we over packed. Private beach with chair set up so you don’t have to stress about saving your spot on the beach. We will be booking again. Thank you for the best week!

We stayed at Sunshiny Day in mid May and had a great time. We had 3 generations and we all had a fantastic vacation. The unit is very well stocked and equipped, making it very easy to settle in as quickly as possible. Gigi was very helpful in giving us all of the needed information and she is a very good host. One of the concerns we had prior to arriving was with access to the pool for our young grandkids. These concerns were needless as access to the pool is secured with two gates - both with kid restrictive handles. The pool turned out to be a big hit. We also liked the easy access to the beach. The beach is private to the neighborhood and has good security and excellent beach rentals for additional umbrella / chairs. This is an excellent property in a great location. We're planning on returning again.

I have been going to Florida and renting homes for over 40 years. This was one of the most convenient and well equipped houses we have ever stayed in. Just a short walk to beach, house had everything imaginable that you could want or need. Also, very clean and comfortable. Hoping to stay here again soon!! Gigi was excellent to deal with and made for a wonderful overall trip!! Can’t recommend enough!

This was the perfect rental home for our three families (grandparents & two families with 6 kids total) to stay together for spring break! You can’t beat this location - walk four houses to the gorgeous beach or just across 30A to dinner & ice cream! Having the pool kept everyone happy! The house has plenty of kids toys/games/books, beach/pool towels and water toys, and the kitchen had plenty of cooking essentials & bags for our stay. It can be noisy at night with the 30A traffic, but the house is pretty soundproofed inside & it’s enjoyable to hear live music on the deck from across the street! Only feedback would be to have a little bit more clothing and/or bathroom storage in the 3rd floor kids room. Owners were super communicative & remedied the only small issue we had quickly! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we’d love to come stay again!

Our extended family greatly enjoyed this property and location. The close proximity to the beach and the included beach chairs, toys, beach towels, cooler, etc. were in great shape for us to enjoy. The pool at the home was clean and perfect for afternoon breaks from the sun. Kitchen was well stocked with all cookware needed. We loved overhearing nightly live music from the deck, walks to restaurants and shops, and of course Pecan Jacks for treats! Amazing time, we’d love to make it back with family friends again!

We love staying at this house for spring break! Gigi and Steve do an excellent job communicating and are very responsive. Lots of extras (beach chairs, lots of beach towels, sand/pool toys) that make the trip, especially for kids!

House is impeccably stocked with everything you need, get/quick private beach access! Wonderful for little kids! We make this an annual trip because we love it so much!! Would highly recommend

2 families stayed at the home this week and it was perfect. Gigi and Steve provided for everything. Bathroom wipes, dish detergent, trash bags, beach toys, beach wagon, towels, etc. this house had it all. The location was perfect too! We were just steps away from the beach and delicious dining. Enjoyed ice cream at Pecan Jacks nightly and legit the best night of sleep. Would 100% rebook with Gigi and Steve.

We can't even begin to say enough great things about our week at Gigi's beach house! We traveled with family from the age of 3 to 74 and there was something for everyone. It truly felt like our home away from home. It was the perfect location, close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. It was supplied with everything you could possibly need. It was great not to have to pack any chairs, towels, toys, umbrellas as it was all provided! She was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We had the most perfect weather and the beach was amazing. We made memories to last a lifetime and we are already planning our next trip!

Our family enjoyed this home very much. The location is absolutely perfect, we didn’t have to use our car, everything is in walking distance. The communication from the owners were EXCELLENT! These owners go above and beyond for their guest and we ar w looking forward to coming back and staying next year!! :)

Gigi is such an amazing host! This beautiful beach house became our home away from home for 6 days! It was clean and fully stocked (I mean Fully) with everything we could need for our beach vacay. I did not even pack beach towels or baby gates (there were 2 of the step over kind at the house). There was also a beach wagon in one of the closets, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and so many things. We were within walking distance of a few restaurants, a coffee shop, little stores, and an ice cream place that was so good! The pricate beach was Amazing. We took advantage of the vita la dolce service who put up an umbrella and 2 chairs daily. It was so nice to go out onto a Not crowded beach and already have a spot. We saw Lots of wildlife there at the beach. Sharks (3 different times, one was an 8 to 10ft hammerhead!), a very large manatee, dolphins, jelly fish, stingrays and crabs lol. We also really loved the little pool at the house. What a bonus! It was such a great trip. The house has amazing space for 3 couples with children. We each had our own nice room, with a nice bed and nice bathrooms. And the bonus room for all the kids is great. We popped up a pack in play in our room for our 15 month old. It was perfect. We loved everything about staying here and we hope to get to come back next year! It was truly a great experience. Thank you again Gigi and family! Yall are wonderful!

We had such a wonderful week! We were a family of 10 with 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 kids, ages 12-11-10-9. The location to the beach made it so easy to get back and forth. Having the private beach access really made the beach more relaxing with not having to fight the crowds. The kids loved having the 3rd floor all to themselves. We enjoyed all of the outdoor space, especially the main level deck and the pool! The proximity to restaurants, ice cream and shopping was so convenient! The house was very clean, the listing was spot on and Gigi was so easy to communicate with. Packing for the trip I felt like I was forgetting something bc we weren’t filled to the brim with beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards since they were all provided for us. We liked it so much we rebooked for next year after being there about 24 hours! Already looking forward to our return!

We loved this property. You stay here for the fabulous location and it's proximity to the beach..the 80 steps to the beach is spot on! You also pick this property for Gigi's amazing home. You can feel how well the owners love this property. It's also right in the middle of the popular 30A drag! Stay here and you will truly have a beach vacation like no other! The neighborhood also takes it's rules of the community seriously which we loved!!!! Thanks again Gigi...amazing time!!!
