Home was reasonably clean. I mopped the kitchen floor by the garbage can because it had been overlooked. Very comfortable! Loved the fireplace. Some kitchen pots/pans could be replaced due to excessive wear. Overall, nice property. I would stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding with multiple family members. This house was super spacious with plenty of bedrooms! Nice large kitchen. Plenty of seats for everyone. The ping pong table in the garage was lots of fun! It was also close to lots of stores as needed. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and Sam was so quick to respond to any questions we had come up. The space was amazing, and my grandkids and I played the ultimate hide and seek game with so many rooms and closets. The location is great for a central location to lots of fun things to do and see. Not a far drive to zoo and more.

Great house in a very convenient location for USTA Tennis. We had most of our team stay at this house. 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms made it perfect. Nice large table for meals and a well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable house and would definitely consider staying here again if we ever get a chance.

Always a good stay at the Alexander Villa -the home is clean and ready to go from the moment you walk in. There is a staff that is eager to help if anything goes wrong. Always checking in to make sure your stay is a good one. I will be renting this one again for sure!

Property manager was super responsive. Thanks Devyn. Good floor plan. The number of bathrooms can be a challenge for large groups the description of the house includes “New Construction”. It is a nice home but it’s not as “new” as I was expecting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This property is amazing. We were absolutely in love with the home. Couches were comfy, beds were comfy, blankets were comfy, the home was stocked with pots/pans that were needed. The only negative review I would have to leave is that we were only able to shower 2 at a time every 1-2 hours. The water quickly got cold and took forever to come back on. We managed to figure out a way for us to have assigned shower times to make it work but that would be the only negative for us. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

There were 10 of us who came from around the country for our brother in law's funeral. It was nice that each couple had a bedroom. The gathering space downstairs was perfect for catching up and meals (the dining room table is huge!) Notes to future guests: driveway allows only 2 vehicles and neighbor says they will ticket and tow if you park over the sidewalk. There is plenty of street parking just a bit down the street (where there are curbs). The kitchen is limited in supplies so if you have a certain need (like foil etc) you'll want to bring from home or buy. The wifi is slow so if you're working from home (like my husband needed to) you will want to know that.

The property was clean, spacious, and accommodated our extended family for a family wedding we were all attending in Aloha. Easy to get around and many things within driving and walking distance (coffee hut right down the street!). Thank you for a great stay!

We came to Portland for a family wedding. The home was just as described and very clean. There was plenty of room for our large group (11 adults and one child). We would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Portland area

I was amazed with this home, from the check in to the check out. The communication was very professional. When we entered the home we were shocked of how beautiful and spacious it was. It was very beautiful, it was honestly the best house i have ever stayed in so far! I would definitely book again!

This was a spacious and clean property with enough room for 4 families, total of 12. Kitchen had all the pots and pans, utensils, etc to make thanksgiving dinner!

Our experience as great! We had plenty of room for every family and felt right at home. Will be staying here next time we come back to Portland area!

very clean and new property will all of our needs met. A tennis team of 9 traveling from Alaska. We were extremely comfortable and had plenty of room. Host was easy to get ahold of.

This home was perfect for our needs. Four families with a couple small children. There was plenty of space and we had some extra family over in the evenings, that live in the area, while we were there, so we could grieve and remember our lost sister/aunt together.

Our stay at the Alexander Villa was beyond pleasant and the house is simply beautiful. The communication with iTrip both leading up to and during our stay was fantastic. They were helpful and accommodating every step of the way. My family loved their rooms, and playing with my two little toddlers throughout the house. The house was surprisingly very kid friendly and I know they loved their stay as well. I look forward to our next trip so we can stay at the Alexander Villa again.

Our recent stay at Alexander Villa was a wonderful experience! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. Everything was in good working order and the house was in a great location to easily access different areas of Portland. Also, the listing agent/owner was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property!

This house was beyond perfect! Stayed here for a women's retreat with 10 other females and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms had tons of towels and toiletries. Kitchen was large and fully stocked with utensils and cutlery. Very well decorated, the ladies couldn't stop raving about this place.
