In addition to the exorbitant price we had an additional parking fee. The front desk person who checked us in was rude.

Hotel was beautiful
No fans or ventilation in room causing it to be way too humid. Windows did not open. Bathroom had no fan and steamed up entire suite. Bed was lopsided causing back pain. Had to purchase movies to watch in room. Paid for parking and suite had no on site parking spots available.

Breakfast was disappointing because there wasn't any sausage but the omelet bar made up for that. Rooms are always great, managers special needs to change what they offer different food, it's always the same thing.
Can we change up the managers special at night? They used to rotate between a few different types of foods

La camera era vecchia, arredi ormai passati, non in linea con un Hilton, ne’ con le foto mostrate. Pagamento del parcheggio tra l’altro incustodito.
Personale in reception cordiale ma senza divisa: difficile comprendere che si trattava di personale!

Room size, breakfast, convenient
Heat could not be adjusted. Became so very hot/uncomfortable in room. Heat setting stayed at 78 degrees!!! Hard to sleep.

Separate sitting area & bedroom. Always love Hilton pillows & Zero toiletries. Room service was good. Pool looked fun. The inside courtyard design is nice. Later check out time was awesome.
There was a noticeable gap under the door. Although curtained & frosted, front window isn’t appreciated. Tub fixtures need upgrade as dialing in water temp was very tedious. Room service to include breakfast would be nice. Plenty of parking so not sure why $10 to park in open lot.

The elevators were not fully working. There was a huge conference happening that took over all the facility we were not informed of so we did not get full access to all the usual offerings.

Walking distance to Restaurants and shopping
They charge you for parking now, parking is hard to find anyway plus the rooms are so expensive not worth the stay anymore.

Walkable to shopping and restaurants and the convenience for NWM can’t be beat.
The attention to detail was lacking. I was confirmed for a king suite and received a double queen that couldn’t be changed. The room rate of over $300 per night felt like it should have included a few perks like more than one small towel and ONE in room cup of coffee per guest. Just give us a little bit more coffee…. Goes a long way to keeping people happy. A few other issues like an early 10 AM check out, elevators out of service and not overly helpful or friendly front desk staff made the stay less than perfect.

The room was very spacious. Large sitting room with lounge couch, table and chairs and TV. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-size bed with wonderful pillows. The bathroom is very large with extra linens. Free continental breakfast was great with lots of options. Large parking lot. Close to mall and gas stations. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
Parking lot spaces closer to entrance very narrow. Shampoo attached to shower wall not refilled. Out dated shower nozzle that took a bit to figure out. The furnace in the room was a tad loud but good for white noise.

I love how the room was BIG. I love a big space. The idea of having the rooms face each other and the dining area being in the middle was genius! Beautiful place!
I didn’t like the fact that I only stayed for one night. Hoping to visit more often in the near future!

So much room! And breakfast was delicious. Great space for friend groups to gather together. Staff was super nice.

Room was too stern. Not inviting. Felt uncomfortable hanging around the room. Need to redecorate to help the room feel more warn and comfortable.

Great breakfasts and close to Washington Square Mall for shopping.
The elevator service was terrible with long waiting lines no matter what time of the day. This was true of both days we were there. We much prefer their downtown location.

I loved the staff and the clean room and the super comfortable bed
If I am being honest I would ask that you look into room 605 I couldn’t tell where it was coming from but every 2 hrs or so there was a loud metallic clanging sound that would last for about 5 minutes. When sleeping that became kind of inconvenient.

couch & other furnishings are old but seem to be being replaced.
Happy hour was confusing and we ended up paying for our “free drinks”, appetizers were lacking
