We LOVED our stay at this home! This is the best kept secret for a family! We have 4 kids ranging from 5-17 and they all were entertained. The pool table and air hockey was hit for everyone. Our family loved watching movies and the hockey championship game in the theatre area. The yard was so much fun for everyone! The younger kids loved playing on the swings and ropes on the playground set. Everyone loved shooting hoops on the sports court. There is also a huge grass area where the kids could run around. The home was clean and decorated beautifully. The owners came down to meet us and were very welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was always very easy to get a hold of them if we needed anything. To sum up our stay, my 5 year old said he liked this trip better then our recent trip to Hawaii!

We stayed in this spacious basement apartment while in town for a graduation. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to BYU. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. We were grateful to have roomy accommodations, and the pool table was a bonus. We wished we had little ones with us to enjoy the cute little kitchen play area!

We stayed in this home for our daughter's graduation from BYU. Thr house is roomy and has a lot of beds. It is a comfy space and accommodated our group of 9. Wish it had cable as we had a hard time getting the NBA playoffs on the current TV set up but was still fine. Not too far away from Provo/Orem.

WE loved our stay here. It was so comfy and warm and we felt at home. We loved the location. The hosts were very helpful in every way. Our adult children loved to watch the FIFA world cup on the huge TV and theater seating. Great memories. Would definately rent again

We enjoyed our stay in the home. The owners were very good to work with and they came down to meet us after we got settled. They were more than willing to help with any needs. The house has everything you need for cooking. The main living area is huge and the pictures don't really show how large it is. The house was very clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay - the living areas are big and open, making it an ideal place for visiting and hanging out. It was close to so many things and so convenient. The only downside is that the family lives above and we heard them above us the first night super late, making it difficult to sleep. Other than that, it was perfect for us!

We had a great stay here. The basement is spacious, clean and has lots of relaxing and fun amenities. The owners let us check in a few hours early and were easy to communicate with. They were attentive to our needs and let us borrow camping chairs to use in their huge backyard while watching our kids play there. We would stay here again in the future for sure.

We visited our college kiddo over spring break and this spacious unit was perfect. Our group was 2 adults, 2 college students and a high school kid. Close to campus, restaurants, shopping etc, we enjoyed the media room and projection TV, pool table, foosball table and big dining table to play games and puzzles. We didn't have any littles with us, but the fun little play area is very cute, and they have a nice yard (it snowed while we were there, very pretty view). We skied/snowboarded in Brighton, which was about an hour drive from the unit. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, we felt very welcome. Thank you!

This vrbo was spacious and comfortable. We loved playing pool and air hockey. The big screen was fun for movies too! The 3 bedrooms were so comfortable and 2 bathrooms was the best. The best vrbo we’ve found in Provo by far.

Stayed in Provo 4 nights. Basement floor is spacious and has everything. The 3 bedrooms are all excellent with outstanding beds, pillows and bedding. Kitchen was solid and seating was plentiful. Kids loved the pool table and air hockey. The theater room was fun and even with all the amenities it felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The younger kids played in the built-in kids playroom every day. House was entertaining, clean and perfectly accommodating. The neighborhood is more than safe and beautiful and the general location of the property gave access to BYU, the temple, and the rest of Provo and Orem in little travel time. The backyard was beautiful and had a bball court and kids play area. Nothing is lacking here. Owners are attentive yet also invisible. The whole experience was 10/10.

We absolutely loved this home! - The check-in process was very simple. - They provided a high chair and port-a-crib for our child which was nice not needing to bring our own - They have incredibly soft carpet throughout the entire home - They had a great movie room with all the streming services. They even had a gaming console which was fun to do a family Mario Kart night. - Each of the three bedrooms was very nicely decorated and themed very nice. - The kitchen had all items provided for a great stay

Franklin and Andrea are excellent hosts! They communicated well with us, answered our questions, provided extra toiletries and a welcome treat for us. We felt like we were home when we walked in. Their fun walkout basement and backyard were hard to pull the kids away from. We watched movies and played games on the big screen, played pool, air hockey, and in the fun playroom/kitchen. (There’s a train table inside too.) We cooked our favorite meals in the full kitchen, and played board games and puzzles at the huge dining table. The yard has a basketball court, playground, and huge grassy area. We were even offered access to a workout room/office if needed. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and close to many amenities (restaurants, shopping, theaters, Costco, hiking, etc.) Their home is very clean, and comfortable. We had plenty of bath towels in the 2 full bathrooms. Each bathroom has a separate door for the tub/toilet, and 2 sinks in each which made getting ready easy. We asked about dish towels, wash cloths, and bedding for the sofa bed. They bought, washed and delivered them to us the next morning. (We were the first visitors back since Covid restrictions.) Our kids range from 5-20 years old and everyone had a great time here! We plan to stay here when we return to Provo, and will book as early as we can. It will fill up fast! Thanks Franklin & Andrea!
