Clean, well kept, beautifully decorated house with great views. Perfect for a family gathering for Christmas! House was well stocked and plenty of great hiking nearby.

We had a wonderful stay. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room. Very cozy home. Everything we needed for an extended weekend retreat.

The house is clean, modern with many great features. There are so many excellent hiking trails close by, plus a couple of very good restaurants. Tiffany was an excellent property manager- we appreciate her help.

My daughter had her outdoor wedding here! It was gorgeous. We had 10 people and one toddler. Everyone was very comfortable! The photographer and caterer said that it was a very easy place to work. Access to the town was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation and a wedding!

We stayed here because we had a lot of family members coming in for our daughter’s wedding. It was wonderful to sit on the back porch, relax and watch the sunset.

Three generations of ladies came together for an Easter weekend. This was the perfect location. There were enough beds for all of us to have our own, the kitchen was well stocked to cook our Easter meal, there were plenty of places to sit for our family and the college students we invited to join us and we even had a fire in the fire pit. It is such a cute house, clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this property. The owner was very responsive too when we had a question about where something was located.

My family had a wonderful time spending Christmas at this beautiful home. It had everything that we look for in a vacation rental: well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, comfy sofa for watching TV, outdoor bonfire pit, charcoal grill, plenty of private outdoor space and a scenic view. We had the best time just hanging out and enjoying each other's company. We would gladly return!

Our family had a wedding in Sewanee and needed a place to stay during the weekend. It was a GREAT location! BEAUTIFUL view! Very private! LOTS and LOTS of room! We had 6 adults and one baby. The house is decorated beautifully with everything from Pottery Barn (from what I could tell:) Fire pit outside had LOTS of firewood to use, very good quality and comfortable chairs and was a great gathering spot to sit and look out over the mountains. The kitchen was roomy, however, this is the only place we found a "negative". Dishes, pans, drawers were overly cluttered and really lacking organization. There were very limited pans to cook on stove top therefore making breakfast in the morning was a challenge having one pan for eggs, hash browns and bacon. It took a while, however, we enjoyed the process and family time. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and found the owners very responsive to anything. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and allowing us to rent it!

This home is so warm, cozy and the views are amazing. We enjoyed our short time there and would definitely book this home again. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit gazing at the moon and stars. It’s so peaceful, private and quiet.

This mountain home was so lovingly prepared for our family visit. We are "kitchen people" and the kitchen was beyond excellently stocked and accommodating. The home was warm, modern and yet rustic at the same time. It's a perfect retreat and the owner was so helpful and available to answer questions.

We had a friends trip and we enjoyed the property and all the accommodations! The view was amazing!

My friends and I enjoyed a three night stay. The place was very spacious, with plenty of room for our group. The house has a large amount of square footage providing plenty of space to spread out while relaxing. We spent the majority of our time on the back deck enjoying the view. A short drive to the Caverns for concerts and cave tours

This house is spectacular. The mountain sunset views are absolutely stunning. We were a party of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids under 3) and there was plenty of room! Lots of toys and an incredibly cute kids playroom with full playhouse. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this for a quiet, serene vacation.

We LOVED our place, it was spectacular from the inside & out. The deck was such a hit, we watched the incredible sunsets & enjoyed all our meals out there! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wishes to have a first class experience, has everything you could ever need to make special memories! We’ll definitely be back!

This was a great rental; spacious with plenty of room, clean and nice interior, comfortable beds (always a plus!!), and a nice view. Would be an excellent choice for families with children. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Our family stayed at this property for a Sewanee graduation. It was a perfect place for our family to enjoy each other with enough space for our large family. We spent many hours in conversation on the porch while enjoying the amazing view. One night we roasted marshmallows while our graduate was busy with graduation activities. While at the property you are surrounded with nature but yet so easy to return to University. We have decided that we will return to this beautiful home/property every other year.

We and four other couples stayed there to hike and see a show at the Cavern. I originally was looking for a place with more bathrooms but it ended up being no problem at all and the property was so great it was worth it! We cooked, grilled, sat by the fire, and enjoyed the views from the porch. I’d definitely be back, maybe with the family!
