A spacious room in an old hotel with an old-type lift. The location is so good that I can walk to the National Museum. Around the hotel are old streets, markets and the populace. Though there are refuse, dust and noise in the streets, the hotel is convenient to the tourists who do not want to pay much for lodging.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent 7-night stay at Asia Hotel, booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff's lack of helpfulness and unfriendliness was apparent throughout my stay. The room's cleanliness left much to be desired, and the bathroom was in an unacceptable condition – unclean for an extended period, with a broken and lockless door. Moreover, the high price I paid for the stay did not align with the poor quality of service and accommodations provided. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the noise disturbance at 1:20 am disrupted my sleep. Despite bringing the issue to the reception's attention, they ignored my complaint. Additionally, the language barrier made communication nearly impossible as the staff did not speak any English. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience and strongly advise against recommending Asia Hotel to other travelers. The location is great because it is nearby in market, malls and banks.

They must have generator because when I stayed there there was brownout and I think it lasted for 3 hours and so and that happened around 3 or 4 am so I had a hard to to came back sleep.

Location good.

Bathroom no inside lock, toilet no seat.
