Everyone was so very kind, it was so clean, everyday they were cleaning, it smelt so good in there. If we ever go back we are definitely staying there.

I have stayed many places in SXM but this one is by far the best ever...this place is absolutely fabulous...from the space of the unit to the most wonderful view from the balcony! All the staff are helpful and very very nice! I look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay! Large beauty SL place! Beautiful view! Tons of room! Location was perfect, right near our AUC where our daughter attends and restaurants small market stores. Great area for parking our rental car. Pool area is very nice. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and hope to be back ourselves!

The condo was very nice. The location was the best! We were close to many known restaurants and shopping venues. The beach was perfect! The pool was beautiful, especially at night with its twinkling lights. While we were there, there were quite a few elevator issues, but in the condo we had all we needed.

This was such a nice stay and we will definitely be back again! The perfect location to shops and there’s even a grocery store within walking distance. The infinity pool is super nice and would be perfect for kids. The beach was secluded with no one ever on it which was nice. Can’t wait to come back!

The unit was clean and located right on the beach. There were minor amenities that were in need of repair but that is normal wherever you stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to fulfill our needs. In addition, the property manager John was always responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and the stay. I would highly recommend this unit if you’re planning a trip to the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cliff. Love the location, views and unit. Communication with John was really easy and he answered any questions we had. I have stayed at several place on SXM and this may be my favorite.

Upon check-in we were informed that the elevator servicing the rental was out of service. we were able to use another that went to the floor above, then walk down a flight of stairs, then walk through several other properties' balconies to reach our property. I finally found it easier to just go up 2 flights of stairs to get there. However, my initial discovery took me through a "homeowners only" lounge. After several trips through there one of my guests were detained by a nasty female security person and aggressively reprimanded during this insulting encounter. When I met the security gaurd for an explanation she called me a liar and was again very disrespectful and insulting. No one had ever mentioned that the 10 step journey through that never occupied room was off limits as a short cut to our unit. If the elevator was working this would have never happened. With that said, the property is very nice, the grounds meticulously maintained and the new pool fantastic. Just beware the broken elevator which has been reported on previous reviews has not been fixed or is broken again and the female security guard that does not like the people she is paid to help.

We had a great stay here in St. Maarten. The Cliff is in walking distance to Mullet Bay (which we enjoyed every day). The villa was stocked with everything we needed and was in walking distance to the store and restaurants. We hope to return soon!

The location, amenities and the property is beautiful. However, the manager forgot to advise of out check in and the property was not ready or cleaned. Also the air condition in the living room and main room was faulty. It hit 26 degrees and was very hot. They did come to repair it a couple of days later but it broke down again a couple of days later.

The pros: this is a well-kept, beautifully gated and maintained property. The view off the balcony is breathtaking. The pool is awesome, refreshing, clean and the pool chairs are really nice too. The lobby is gorgeous and the front desk staff is so friendly. The beach is private and while it's a little rough to get to for people with any knee problems, it's worth it. The sunset off the back of the property is a must see. The cons: the elevator stopped working 2 days into our 8 day stay. Thankfully we were only two floors up but taking all the luggage down steps was a hassle. The only other thing I could mention is the master is not as cool as the rest of the condo. Would any of that deter me from returning? Heck no. We will definitely stay again. Mullet Bay is about a 7 min walk away and we went 3 days of our trip bc it's the perfect beach. Cupecoy is a convenient location-close to Simpson Bay where many of the restaurants are. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We miss it already!

We were so impressed with the complex and the condo was beautiful. The check in was easy once you get communication established which is a little tricky in St Maarten with spotty WiFi. I suggest using the 30 min free WiFi at the airport while waiting in line at customs to communicate your arrival. This is the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t have salt and pepper, olive oil, etc - so just be aware. It’s beautiful and the reef out front is the best snorkeling we had, including a trip to Tintamare. The property manager is very responsive. Guest internet in the lobby is reliable.

The on-site concierge, Stacey, was extremely helpful in arranging activities. The property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. It is easy to get around with a car (highly recommended).

Property was not as clean as what we usually experience when renting a condo/villa. I had to wash or fish many items before using, all pots and pans coffee maker food particles in drawers. Ice maker not working. Floor moped but still feet got dirty if walked barefoot. Lin5 in dryer vent and linens were all thread bare or stained. Worst was bed sheets and couch cushions and pillows.
