House was very clean and just as we expected. Check in and out was easy and great location to everything. Pool and community water area was fantastic. Definitely will be staying here again.

We had the best vacation because the house was so fantastic! We enjoyed the pool/hot tub everyday and the kids did, too. Kids theme bedrooms were extra detailed and impressive. The game room and Movie theatre room was also a hit with everyone, those extra special amenities made the house feel so special to be in during the entire week! Neighborhood was quiet and all the houses in our area seemed to be vacation rentals so everyone we saw was happy to be there. It was a perfect week, I wish we could have stayed all month!

The house was very clean! The property provided lots of space for our large family. The beds were very comfortable. We utilized the pool, hot tub, games room and theatre room. Great detailed instructions for check in and operation of the pool and hot tub were provided. A couple of questions we had for the property team members were answered promptly. Check in at the gate was friendly and quick. We could walk to the clubhouses for the Storey Lake resort amenities. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the lazy river! Target, Walmart and restaurants were close by. We would love to stay here again!! Cindy and family

Our stay was a 10 out of 10. The house was everything we expected it to be. Clean and very well maintained. 10 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. We could not have been happier highly highly recommend.

We had 5 couples in town for a dance competition at ESPN. We each had our own king room and bathroom. The kitchen and family room area were enough space for all of us and it didn't feel crowded. The construction isn't the best and you could hear people walking around, etc. but it was fine for a short amount of time. The game room is fun with a TV and pool table, etc. It is about 15 minutes from the parks and close to a grocery store. It met our needs perfectly! The pool and clubhouse are nice and walkable/very short drive. The neighborhood feel gives you good space and a nice break from the busyness of the Disney area. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great except the pool. Actually, the kids loved the pool except for the metal filters in the pool and hot tub. They stick up about an inch and we were constantly stepping on them. One of the kids cut his toe!

This house was a perfect place for our family Disney trip. The place was spotless inside - our adult children loved the pop a shot basketball game; the younger ones enjoyed the themed rooms upstairs, and the pool downstairs. The water park is a 10 minute drive from the house, and we didn't have the time or motivation to go after Disney-ing all day. In addition, my inquiries about the place and followup after check-in were almost immediate and promptly handled. Areas of improvement are a bit obvious - if the place fits 19, there should be enough plates and glasses to get through one meal. For the size of the kitchen, there should be more than one glass and cup per person. We were also disappointed in the lanai and pool area. While the pool was nice, the pavers need a thorough power washing, and the cushions on the lounge furniture need replacement or at least a cleaning. My brother also found a "questionable" item in the hot tub which he fished out...I don't believe it was a Baby Ruth bar. In addition there were cigarette butts on the edge of the hot tub. Check in was late: 5:00 p.m., and although we begged for a slightly earlier check-in, (anywhere from 3-5 pm) the cleaning staff left just before 5 after we heard they were there 6 hours, to our knowledge. The code to the door didn't work until about 4:50 after another final request so we could get in at the minimum to refrigerate our food. One cleaning staff member came in at 4:55 and asked if we had early check-in. 10-15 minutes doesn't meet my definition of early for checking in. Also, the garbage situation is confusing - there's a container in the front yard, while signs instruct garbage to be place on the porch for pickup. Needless to say, a hungry raccoon visited our trash at both locations. So, while the staff takes great care of the inside, the outside needs more attention, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

The entire family enjoyed each day we spent at the location. Plenty of activities outside of the pool area and the space was amazing. Definitely booking every time

Wonderful home with a great location. Very spacious and well appointed. Great pool and hot tub, the wide age range of children in my family as well as the adults enjoyed! Large theater room and ample master bedrooms for our party of 14. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the Disney area!!

Spacious, clean, and beautiful home for a family vacation to Kissimmee and or Orlando

The house was very nice and enjoyed by all. The game room and the pool were huge hits!!! It is conveniently located near shopping, sight seeing, and Disney as well as other attractions.

House was perfect, clean, Spic and span. I am all about cleanliness and I will give this property 5 stars for that. Very well maintained! Management was excellent and very attentive. David went above and beyond. Thank you David! Quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay!

The house was beautiful But it was a washer machine that was unplug my sister plugged it up so she start washing clothes. water was leaking downstairs to the bedroom. The sink in the kitchen had leck also. Then some doors in some of the bedrooms and bathroom didn't lock. Email manager and she responded told me the handyman will be there in the morning and he did. I believe they already knew the washer was not working that's why it was unplugged. They should have left a note telling us that it was out of order. We had movie night and I noticed a couple theater chairs was broken. The door on the dryer upstairs had a problem staying close. My family had a Awesome time they loved the house even though the house has problems. The game room was nice the men and kids enjoyed it. The club house nice you really don't have to go to the parks. The family said next time we do a vacation we will choose a different house at Story Lake because it's close to Sam's Walmart Target and a lot more shopping stores.

My family and I had an awesome stay. The house was clean. We had everything we needed in a vacation home. The online photos does not do the physical view any justice. The home was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is a better internet connection. Other than the internet connection, our stay was full of fun, love and laughter. My family and I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the 2863 Bookmark property. It was my husband and our 3 daughters' families (6 children ranging in age from 6 months to 8 years). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked as we would have expected. Last minutes we asked for a crib and a high chair. They were delivered promptly to the house. We had ample room for our group of 14. We were provided with plenty of bath and pool towels. I had read reviews about how the kitchen was stocked. We had enough of everything....except a corkscrew. Each bathroom was provided with at least 2 rolls of paper and we received a supply bag for the kitchen to get us started with cleaning dishes and laundry. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers. I can only address the master room bed (first floor), but it was SO comfortable. We all enjoyed the media room, game room and pool. Anyone questioning whether they should stay on property at Disney or stay here.....STAY HERE. The drive to the parks was short and easy. I can't say enough GOOD things about our experience! I just wish we didn't have to leave!!

excellent vacation home, very well furnished, plenty of kitchen items to cook with. very comfortable bedding in all rooms. Beautiful pool with lakefront view. Internet pucs and ads were very accurate. loved the game and theatre rooms. lots of towels, 2 bedrooms were missing tv remotes (which we did not need), but everything else was fantastic. Kitchen had a nice quality coffee maker in addition to a stocked Keurig machine. This place was the perfect vacation place for our group.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home near Disney. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We can’t wait to plan our next vacation at this home.

We had a great time on our family vacation. It was great to have the pool heated. Layout was wonderful for our crew. The kids really enjoyed the theater room. The open kitchen and living space was nice. There was plenty of room for all of us.

Great fun for our extended family

We had 3 families with small kids at the house (16 total) and had a great time. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great and allowed each family to have their own separate bathroom space. The pool and hot tub at the house were perfect for our group. The clubhouse was also a great change of pace and the kids (ages 2 to 12) who all found something they enjoyed. Location is great with proximity to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was clean and the amenities were great for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed, but for the size, it could maybe use some additional pots, pans, etc for cooking for large groups. That said, we were able to cook meals...just needed to get a little creative at times. We would definitely book another stay here.

Upon arrival the home was very clean. We had 10 people and had room to spare! The house has nice amenities, game and theatre rooms were a big hit. I think there needs to be more essentials provided. The house fits large groups so you need cooking utensils and pans to feed a lot of people this was an issue especially for breakfast. The home could use more towels as well. I texted the management a question and was never given a reply. The house are very close together so one night we had a neighbor blaring music outside till 11:00, so even if we wanted to use the pool it was not at all relaxing. The home is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a nice stay!

The house overall was very nice and clean. The hot tub wasn't working the day we got there, they came and fixed it the next day. As someone else reviewed about the dishwasher soap & toilet paper that was frustrating. We only had 4 adults and 3 kids, stayed for 7 days (we were gone all day during the day, everyday) and the TP was completely gone when we left. As far as the kitchen goes, we had no pot holders at all (none). I asked them and they said they'd bring some and didn't. We had no frying pan bigger than 6" and no cookie/baking sheets (we went and bought some and left them there). Also the Elsa in the frozen bedroom was torn off the wall partially and hanging there when we got there. The kids pushed her back up and I think she stayed, but not sure, we didn't use that bedroom. Also there are basically zero blankets in this home, not on the beds nor extra. We were freezing most of the time. They also never pick up the trash while you are staying, so you have to store it in the utility closet or something of that sort which is also annoying. Other than those minor inconveniences the stay/house was great.

This property was beyond our expectations. We stayed with a group of 18 and their was plenty to keep the kids occupied. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property is great! Very comfortable especially the beds and pillows! The outdoor pool area is a great size for everyone to swim or relax. The only negative we had was the supplies in the kitchen, There was 11 of us and there was only a 5" skillet. Hard to cook eggs & sausage for that many with that. Had plenty of glass glasses but with kids, plastic is better but only had 9 of them and all very large. No kitchen wash cloths or dish towels. The dining room table was set beautifully but all glassware so it ended up being a task to clear it off to use with the kids. The other minor concerns we had were taken care of as soon as we had asked. Great people!! Definitely happy renters!!

Our family of 12 fit in this house with plenty of room left over. Very spacious and nice. Great location. We will definitely be back for our next family vacation to Disney!

We loved our stay here. Everything was as described in the pictures and our family enjoyed all the wonderful amenities here more than we thought possible. We did not use the main pool area except a couple of us one day. It was a little chilly that day but the heated pool at our place was just perfect and the kids LOVED it! Theater and game room were also a great distraction for the kids while parents visited and enjoyed some R and R between the activities we did around Orlando. The only complaint I have - they only provide 1 extra roll of toilet paper in addition to the roll on the holder. Between that and garbage bags - we had to run grab things that I've never had to supply in a vrbo. It would be nice if they would supply those items for the duration of the stay. It was clearly stated in the instructions during check in that they do not provide those items except for a few garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. That just doesn't cover 9 days. I would appreciate consideration of the number of people and the number of days. Obviously it probably works fine if you are staying for the minimum stay of 3 days. Since we were paying premium rates during Christmas I did expect this should be different. Other than that, everything was wonderful and Lilia did a great job quickly responding to our needs. The home is spacious, beautiful and well kept.

The entire experience with this property was great from beginning to end. Communication with the property manager was excellent, the house was even more beautiful than the pictures, and it truly met the expectations of our entire family of 14 from ages 9 to 86.
