Nem sei por onde começar. Isto não é um hotel para famílias. Devia ser só adults only e especifico para turismo de excesso. Este tipo de hospede vem só para provocar desacatos, beber, desrespeitar regras e incomodar a altas horas da noite. Deixavam todos os dias a piscina impossível de usar. Para além dos vários dias que vidro partidos estavam espalhados pela piscina, dentro e fora. Vergonhoso! Pior estadia de sempre! De realçar que este hotel não pode ser um 4 estrelas. Berros, música alta, falta de noção dos hospedes que só vem para este fim. Não enganem familias que querem vir para usufruir de férias tranquilamente.

The main thing I loved about this hotel was the value for money. We stayed for 7 nights in one of the apartments for just £450 including breakfast. It was huge and even had a balcony off of the bedroom as well as the living area. The breakfast was great with a huge selection. It also felt nice and clean and COVID safe as everyone had to sanitise and wear plastic gloves before using the buffet. It was extremely close to Playa de Oura beach, and Albufeira strip which was ideal for us as we wanted to be near the nightlife. It was also within walking distance (around 25 minutes) to Albufeira old town and beach. All staff very friendly.

The apartment was spotless apart from the cutlery which needed an extra clean before using it. The pool did not have a snack bar, only a shed containing a few vending machines. However you do have access to the next hotel’s pool which has a bar. We always used this one instead so we had access to food and drinks.

Good facilities and good location

Early check out and very late check in. Added nights to my stay and after being told I could stay in my apartment, later that day I got a call saying I had to check out and move to a different one. After booking and adding to booking requesting apartment with double bed I received apartment with two single beds which wasn’t very comfortable

The lobby of the hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was very tasty and there was quite a wide variety of food. The hotel staff was helpful. The kitchen in our room was well equipped. Close enough to shops and cafes.

1. It was too noisy, the neighbors sang songs most of the night (it was terrible... out of 4 nights of our stay, 2 nights screamed songs) 2. There are no rags for the kitchen, so you have to buy your own to wash the dishes (the same with oil, salt, sugar). 3. A small number of el.outlets, it was difficult for us to find at least two... 4. The bed for the 3rd person was extremely uncomfortable
