We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's place, which was our last stop on a long California road trip. The apartment was very bright, fresh and modern, with lots of thoughtful touches such as snacks, plenty of towels and a bottle of wine. We also really appreciated the warm welcome from Susan's family members. The place is located very close to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, and within easy walking distance of several beaches. Highly recommended!

This beach bungalow is just immaculate, modern while still being cozy and charming, and perfectly situated! The owner is so gracious, and she has thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I took my 16-year-old daughter and her 2 best friends for a Santa Cruz getaway. The kids divided their time equally between the beach and the Boardwalk, all within easy walking distance from the bungalow. They also ubered to downtown Santa Cruz for dining and shopping. I barely had to lift a finger! While the kids were out doing their thing, I read, slept, walked around the Seabright neighborhood, went down to the beach for a view, treated myself to lunch at the Seabright deli and dinner from Tramonti, and sipped wine back at the bungalow. A perfect getaway for mom and kids alike! We all had a wonderful mini-vacay!

This is a very cute, updated place with all the amenities including a parking spot. We walked to the beach and/or the Boardwalk every day, they’re both so close. You can also walk to some fun restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

This property has everything you need. period. The location is wonderful, the host has literally thought of everything you need and it's stocked. This was amazing!

We cooked each night and the kitchen was stocked. Even the knives were sharp! So many things were were well thought out and very appreciated. Susan, our host was very communicative and helpful in so many ways. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy apartment. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, short drive to downtown, lots of beautiful scenery. Everything we needed was either in the apartment or very close by. We're already talking about the next trip back and we'd happily stay here again!

Susan was friendly and helpful. The house is stocked with board games, parking permit, streaming services, extra linens, condiments, and even a welcome package of food and wine. Susan is an experienced host and it shows. I couldn't recommend her place enough.

From the moment we opened the door, we were oohing and awing as we walked around taking in all the welcoming touches in this peaceful and charming abode. The entire place was spotless. The remodel and upgrades were perfect. The bed, bedding and towels were heavenly. Loved catching the sunset inside the enclosed patio while enjoying wine or champagne and cheese and the changing colored light bulbs above us! What a quaint, quiet little neighborhood and amazing location within easy walks to to the beach, boardwalk, pier and the long walking trail. We walked everywhere and and covered over 20 miles in 4 days. Take it from us, this place has it all and it is the best! Thank you for your warm hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat - just a few minutes from the Boardwalk and East Cliff, and a little further to West Cliff. Susan was such a thoughtful host. Was here for four nights, first time to the area and did a lot of mountain biking and driving around. Neighborhood reminds me a lot of old orchard beach in Maine, so it felt very different and yet familiar at the same time No issues at all, and definitely recommend.
