No breakfast provided as it wasn't a B& B however the location was excellent. Was a little concerned as we had paid for a 4 bed cottage and two of the bedrooms were locked, when contacting the hosts they advised they only open the number of rooms based on the number of people have booked, however, I have never had this, it takes the choice out of what room we wanted to stay. However, we spoke with Clive who did come and open another room on request.

Would have been nice to have some board games or dvd's etc to watch, we did take one with us which was a god send and one of the days for constant rain. So its not a didn't like but more a suggestions for future. There was no mention that the pub 4 doors down had closed... one of the reason for booking the cottage was so we had a pub near by to eat and drink which would have been waking distance.

beds not so comfy,settee not comfy,stale smell of ash,smoke in living area.No pint of milk in fridge or bread on arrival.Trouble with incorrect key code from booking.com,as travelling could not access emails,maybe text message from owners a better plan.

not their fault but local pub closed down. perhaps mention this as we had to make other arrangements and everywhere was booked. super fish shop found though in neighbouring village. getting bath to fill but complicated

Comfortable, stylish and perfect location for a little family stay. Three large rooms 1 single were just the right size. Has everything you need including washing machine which was handy with little ones.

The hot water didn't last long enough for us all to have a shower.
