its position overlooking the sea. The terrace with hammocks for eating out and relaxing while listening to the waves. Sunset is beautiful. The owners are very kind and accommodating.

Not possible to swim here! Too far from the beaches , town center and the night market. It’s necessary to rent a car or a bike since taxis are expensive.

We had an amazing stay during our visit to Ha Tien. The hosts were so friendly and gave us advise on where to visit in the surrounding areas. We arrived late on our first night and normally they need a little bit of notice to make sure they have enough food, but without any fuss they made some delicious home cooked food. On the final day we had our ferry booked at the port and they offered to drop us down. Thank you, we recommend anyone to stay here. Also has the best sunset spot in the town.

Loved the hospitality of the owners, they really helped us with everything! The back patio is really cool and calming. Ha Tien is cool town!

It's far from city, but we knew that. But the way to the town it's not pedestrian friendly at all, that's a shame. But anyway - you should rent a motorbike in Ha Tien, it's worth it.

Nice and clean place, owners were very nice to us and helped us book our bus for the next day. Food was good and we felt welcome.

Pretty much EVERYTHING sums it up… place is short motorbike ride from the bus station (I walked it in under 20mins), the room is spacious and comfortable, the water pressure is fantastic, there is a fan and an AC in the room, wifi connection very strong, and they have a lovely back terrace overlooking the sea… The staff are lovely (big shout out to Trin and To (I’m sorry if I misspelled them, my apologies!) - had a simple lovely breakfast of eggs and bread and cucumber and tomatoes for 15k on my way out this morning, just enough to jumpstart the day, and Trin even dropped me off at the ferry port for my onward journey to Phu Quoc… highly recommend this place!!!
