Spent four nights in this property, good location and access to the center and ski lifts. My dog loved it too😍. The only downside is the walls are too thin, you’d hear everything next door, upstairs.

Good access to the in town rec trail along Mammoth Creek. Things were as described. There was a kitchen shelf that fell/came loose on one side, but no problems. Just unloaded it and reinserted the pegs. All in all, a very pleasant respite.

A couple of things needed attention. Bath bar in bath and very bright lights over dining table. Reported to property manager. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Great location not far out of town and close to the Shuttle line to get to the village in no time. Short walk to food and groceries and great walking trial close by. The property was a great size for 2 of us and can comfortably accommodate more. Thanks for the nice stay.

Older complex but very spacious and well maintained. Very close to stop number four on the red line. Staff when we had to call about something was lovely and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again

This is our second stay at this property. Perfect for our family of three and our Labrador. Skiing is close and the walking trail nearby. We were here in Snowmaggedon and I was super impressed that despite the constant snow, maintenance kept the walkway clear and parking lots plowed. Will definitely stay here again.

The place itself is spacious with a nice large bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Parking is simple and the best part was the heater where it kept the place really warm! The pull out mattress from the couch is spacious as well.

For the price the place was great, I loved that it was on the ground level, definitely could hear people walking overhead. Place was clean, pet friendly, and if I could do one thing to make it even better, I'd buy a new mattress. The 4inch foam topper left a little to be desired, but I got used to it. The VBRO fees were higher than I expected, be aware.

Large one bedroom place close to everything and easy parking. The king bed was comfortable and so was the couch. Tv's were easy to use and the living room TV was set up so you can plug a laptop in and stream Netflix through HDMI. Tons of kitchenware to cook meals. FYI to bring your own salt, pepper, and cooking oils.
We would absolutely book this place again!
Note: this place is listed as pet friendly and there was some remnant dog hair on the couch and what not so if you are allergic to pets I would advise not to book this stay.

This condo is located in a lovely neighborhood. Parking is right outside the door. Management is easy to reach and they take care of anything you need quickly. Bring your tennis gear--there's a court literally behind the building. If you are planning on preparing meals, be aware that there are no condiments in the kitchen. Gotta bring everything-- right down to the salt, pepper and sugar. I'd also suggest bringing extra towels for the pool and sauna. The walls are paper thin. During our stay, we heard lots of noise from neighbors above. Great for doggies too!

We were in Mammoth for a wedding and needed to bring our dog. The location, size of room and check in were all perfect. Would highly recommend for anyone, but especially those with pets.

Carpet wasn't clean, but there was no odor and it was very pet friendly. Overall, it was a clean condo otherwise and very cozy.

We love the Sunrise Condominiums area! This unit was a fine little place right next to the pool/hot tub complex. It was a little understocked with e.g. kitchen stuff, but that didn't matter as we were there for the restaurants anyway.
Easy access to some nice trails along Old Mammoth Rd for running and dog walking, nice pool - what's not to like?

Poor lighting over couch area. Could not use shower as no safety bars and bottom of tub was dangerously slick. Might want to update safety issue! Everything else was very adequate.

Stayed just a few nights, but this property was great. Clean. Fireplace a plus. Stocked kitchen. And we were able to have our dog with us. Really pleased. Would definitely stay here again.

Mammoth ski trip
The unit was large and well laid out even though only one bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised that the hot tub, sauna and gas grill was just across the parking lot from our ground floor unit. We also enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace.

Everything was great except the bed. Way too soft and I didn’t sleep hardly at all, super uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Great location & access to Condo. Manager Chris was ever helpful & pleasant. Nice furniture, but unit needs attention & updates from owner!!

Adapted to our unexpected late arrival
Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up getting out very late from our home in LA. But I was able to access someone from the office and she walked me through the check-in process once we got there. When we finally got there, it was just like she said and easy. We love this area of Mammoth for our favorite morning walks with our dog. I would definitely stay here again.

Neighbor thinks he's entitled
The neighbor that lives full time in number 10 thinks he owns the handicapped parking space and uses it all the time. He even had the nerve to ask me if I had a placard which I do and he DOESN'T!!!!!!!! I should have contacted the police but I didn't want to cause a scene but someone needs to handle this !
