This is our second time in PCB and our second time in this condo. We absolutely love it and look forward to our next trip! It's in a great location, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to everything. The condo is clean and feels like our home away from home. You will not regret staying here! The owners are also gracious and quick to respond to messages!

We had an excellent vacation in PCB! The condo has beautiful views, is well maintained, and we had good communication with the property owners. We highly recommend staying here, and should we visit PCB again would definitely reach out personally to book our stay.

This condo is amazing! The location directly on the beach is wonderful. Open the balcony door and enjoy the fresh air and sound of the waves! The condo is exactly as seen in pictures! Wonderfully comfortable furniture, including beds! Immaculately clean, fresh and in good condition! Washer & dryer were appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with baking pans, casserole dishes and cookware! FYI, the ice maker needed overnight to produce a good amount of ice. It was well filled after that. It was soothing and wonderful to sit out on the balcony! Communication with owners was excellent! Every text was answered promptly! One issue was the LR TV, better instructions for use and which channels are available are needed. There were three remotes! One was easily identified as being for the dvr, but then there two others! It was confusing as to which remote did which function. I hope the owners have provided clear directions to function of each and a list of available channels! We are from PA but if we choose Panama City Beach for another adventure we will definitely stay here again. It was the nicest VRBO we have stayed in and we have used VRBO many times!

I had a great stay. The property was everything and more! Clean, safe (I was a female traveling only with my dog), great location and what a view! Highly recommend and if I’m back in the area I will 100% rent again. Great host!

This condo has the best view! All rooms face the ocean. It is located close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Could not have asked for more!

The living area is large and very comfortable. The bedrooms also have plenty of room and very comfortable. Even better than that are the amazing views of the beach and gulf from every room.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the layout was great! The bedrooms are split on the far end of each side so we didn't wake up our kids. The whole gulf facing wall is all windows so you can see the gulf from all rooms. I would highly recommend this location for families.

Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer!! We communicated before and during our stay. The condo was clean and had everything you need or want for your stay. We stayed 3 weeks and felt like it was home for our time there. The location is great. I would recommend Carousel food store over Winn Dixie. The beach is well maintained and the water is clear!! Enjoyed watching the dolphins playing from our balcony. Enjoy!!

The condo is great! The pictures online are exactly the way it was upon arrival. Extremely clean and the perfect amount of space for us during our stay for the week. Access to the beach is close with daily chair service. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. My wife and I will definitely be booking here next time we visit Panama City Beach!

The location of the condo was nice and was away from the crowd. Had great views from every room and well furnished. Over all was a great trip and would love to stay in the same condo in the future.

First time to the beach and could actually walk on the floor without get sand on your feet. Strict policy on keeping sand out of condo by owner which we greatly appreciated. It really make a difference. Would stay there again for sure

Perfect location for shopping eating and walking the beach. Pool was small but wasn’t many people staying there so it was fine. Condo very nice and clean!

This place is so close to everything. The beach is not crowded and very beautiful. The owner Rene and Megan are so nice and very prompt in answering our questions. They even informed us when the beach was closed because of dangerous water condition. We will definitely come back here.

This was like a home away from home for our week at the beach. The beds were comfy, everything was well maintained, and the property manager was so kind. The location was great, and the grocery store was right down the street. We were close to restaurants and fun activities and the beach was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The condo was spacious, clean and in a great location. Parking was easy and having the chairs for the beach as part of the rental was awesome. And, the beach was not packed but instead quiet and beautiful. Will be coming back here next year!

The view was amazing! The condo was very nice and had everything needed for our stay. The only problems were the parking and the location of the elevator for my seniors that walk really slow. The 2 handicap parking spots were never available and E404 was the farthest condo from the elevator.
