This is our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! From the cleanliness of the home, every kitchen utensil and pan you could want, toys and chairs for the beach and the location of the home..... it was awesome! And the owner, Anna, was so easy to communicate with and so friendly!

Our family had an emergency and needed a five bedroom house. We were lucky to find this beautiful home a day before we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Everything you will need the owners have thought of. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. The beds are super comfortable and showers have plenty of hot water. We did not get to use the pool due to our situation and wish we could have. Plenty of room outside to relax and even enjoy a family dinner. The neighborhood is quiet so a great place to relax. I can’t say enough about the owners. Anna treated us with compassion and kindness which is rare in the world we live in. We would and will rent their beautiful home again!

I will start off by saying that I went with this property because it fit our family and budget but ALSO because of the rave reviews about the kindness and helpfulness of Anna, the owner. And Anna is absolutely wonderful. The home was incredibly clean, the kitchen well stocked (we cooked our meals in all week) the pool area was so relaxing, the home in general is beautiful, inviting- even having “wings” for the bedrooms which was so helpful with two babies napping! This was the perfect place for our first family WITH our grand babies. Highly recommend!

This property was everything we wanted and more! Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful home! You felt right at home the minute you walked in, everything was so clean and tidy. The pool was used daily as well as the patio furniture, we had family dinners at the large dinning room table and made so many great memories. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This place was nice and clean and taken care of which made our stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the pool was alot of fun for everyone.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this house was! And the location was perfect - close to beaches, parks and great restaurants. The pool was clean and warm and so many pool/beach necessities provided. The owners thought of everything. The appliances in the kitchen and laundry room were high end. The house was tastefully decorated. The owners were very responsive with any communication we had with them and were delightful to work with. I would highly recommend this home!

We booked this property for a small family gathering to celebrate a birthday. The property is beautiful, clean, well appointed and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together both inside and outside in the pool. The owner answered all of my questions promptly and was pleasure to work with. We all really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be able to stay again in the future. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I rented this house so we could be together for Thanksgiving. The property was exactly as advertised in the listing. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything you could need. The pool area was absolutely perfect with all of the seating and pool toys provided, we spent much of our time out here. We had ages 2-92, and this house provided all that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to relax while on a beach vacation with family! My toddler and teenagers were comfortable and well entertained even when not at the beach. Host is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would gladly recommend and stay at the property for our next visit to the area.

I highly recommend this rental property. The property manager Anna was amazing and was very responsive to any questions I had. She also returned my emails and phone calls very quickly! My grandsons loved the pool. The location is very close to Anna Maria island so we were able to have a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We also enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and pool area. Another nice part was that Anna had many things in the house for us to use like toilet paper, shampoo, and much more. We absolutely loved our stay and hopefully we can return.

From the beginning, this host was very easy to work with and this house had everything that our family of 9 needed but the food. Very close to all of the activities that our family wanted to do on our vacation! We will definitely use this property the next time we are in Florida.

The house had HOT water for every guest all the time. The house was exceptionally clean. It's a comfortable house to stay in. There was 8x adults and they all enjoyed the house and the pool. I would definitely recommend booking your stay at this house. Everything you would need was provided for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! Felt like home with all the amenities, fantastic renovation job in a quiet neighborhood yet were close enough to be able to get to the beaches or other points of interest quickly. Didn’t want to leave at the end of the week but will be back.

Over all we enjoyed our stay, the house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. We unfortunately had colder weather this year, so an extra blanket in each bedroom would’ve been appreciated and maybe a few extra bath towels. But other than that we loved our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!! Plenty of space and extremely clean!! We would definitely rent again!!

The home exceeded our expectations. I own a property management company and manage 80 places and this is one has everything you look for when renting a place. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, they left toiletries and shampoos for us to use. There were beach chairs , coolers and towels for our use. The pool was large for the kids to play in. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks for having us.

The house was absolutely turn key and had everything we could have needed and more! Close proximity to Anna Maria Island and the house had all the beach essentials. 5 starts for sure!

We had the best stay at Palma Sola! The layout of the house is fantastic and Ana has thought of everything you would need. I will be staying here every time I come back to the area.

This house was spacious, clean, beautiful and fully equipped with just about everything you could think of. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. You have the beaches close by, Publix, pizza place which is actually really good pizza. “Danny’s Pizza”. The only thing that looked off for me was the picture listed on Vrbo for the front and the back yard pool area - house looked a lot bigger in the pictures than when you are in person in front of the house. Just felt a little misleading. But other than that the house is a true gem! Anna was very communicative, very easy to get a hold of which for us was spectacular. Given another opportunity we would stay here again.

We had amazing stay at the Palma Sola home. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. The pool was amazing and it was very spacious for our family of 10 which included teenagers. Tons of nice touches and amenities for guests to use during the stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed our morning walks and coffee on the porch or by the pool. It’s a short drive to the beach and stores. Highly recommend! We will definitely book again. Anna is a great host!

This property is aboslutley amazing!! It did not disappoint. Anna thought of everything when furnishing her home. The pool area was so inviting and relaxing. The interior was beautiful and you really did not need to bring extras because she had everything there for you!! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen/eating area was large enough for 7 adults and I loved the two washers/dryers so laundry time was fast. Publix is less than 10 minutes away if you needed something to put on the grill. I highly recommend Anna's home!!

Beautiful home! Excellent floor plan where everyone has their own private space during the evening. House seems to be recently remodeled with high end appliances, cabinets, dishes and utilizes right down to the toaster. Totally private from the neighbors with a soft water pool that was a fantastic change from chlorine! Close to town located on a quiet street. We rent 2 to 3 homes a year and this is definitely a home we would rent again.

Excellent- everything was outstanding. Decor was beach & fun - amazing attention to detail. Clean! Clean! Clean! Anna was a perfect hostess & very accommodating & flexible. We rent vacation homes 5 to 6 times a year on average and I have to say this is by far one of my absolute favorite places. Would love to come back!

Everything was so well thought out, we did not lack for a single thing. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood and fantastic, beautiful pool area with outdoor seating for all. We all returned with a deep appreciation for a wonderful vacation property. Sorry we had to leave.

This house is amazing has everything you need for a vacation. Beautiful decor, lots of room. Great location close to many things. Will stay here again.

Everything was great, since it was a family gathering, we chose Palma Sola due to the huge kitchen and gathering areas, along with the pool for enjoyable days of talking. Grocery stores and many places to go and see were nearby, everything worked out great and Anna was a wonderful host.

This VRBO is amazing. The decor is beautiful and we had everything that we needed. I would love to rent this home again.
