Everything we could have asked for. Very clean, only a short walk to the beach and the main street of Cowes

Good overall, maybe overstating 5th bedroom, few places to put clothing exc on floor, bathroom use had to be planned, convenient, quiet location, enjoyed games tables

Great weekend in Cowes for a bux party. House is perfectly set up for group accommodation, would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, plenty of space and entertainment for a large group also close to the beach, cafe's, restaurants and shops, there were a couple of issues which have been put forward to the property manager hence the 4 star rating. Thanks again Regards James

The property was perfect for what we needed. Great undercover outdoor area with games to entertain. Very close to town centre and the beach.

We were a group of 14 people ages range from 5 to 50s. Inside the house, the rooms are small and the beds are crowded but we don’t mind it. It is a bit crowded if everyone is in the house altogether at once but the entertainment area outside has lots of space and games to play. The place is clean and got all the things you need. The oven didn’t work when we tried to heat up our food from home but no big deal, we used microwave but we didn’t get the crunchiness of our food that’s all. It’s closed to supermarket and many other shops.

Gréât location. Easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Just off Main Street so quiet and restful. Beaches close by. House is fairly large, would suit two families easily. Clean and well set out with a games deck that kept the kids and young at heart occupied.

Hi Melissa we enjoyed our time at the home in Roydon Street Phillip Island. it is close proximity to the main street which is good as you could walk there. Overall a nice big house if you have lots of people. regards Jan, Chris, Megs and Jake

Stayed here with a large group for a bucks weekend. Property was perfect for our needs. Owner was fantastic to deal with, especially given that we had to reschedule due to Covid. Would definitely recommend

A pleasant, well appointed house. Great for the kids to have a pool table, table tennis table, etc outside in the covered deck - the outside TV was an added summer bonus. A fabulous location - max 3 min walk to the beach when you use the side streets. 3 min walk to town. We would stay again.

The property was clean and comfortable but had inadequate bedding. We were told to just bring linen as in sheets and pillowcases but all they provided was a flimsy polar fleece blanket. This is Victoria and we were all freezing. Also there was instructions on wall to recycle food scraps in special green bags and food caddy but theses items were not present.

The property was everythingwe thought it was and met our needs, the owner was easy to communicate with. However, we received lots of warning and rules before our trip, this bothered us a lot and we couldn't really relax because we were worried we would get in trouble or loose our bond. Hopefully, the onwer could make renters feel more welcomed for next time

It was a comfortable stay, close enough to walk to Main Street Cowes. We loved the facilities.

House was well set up for families / kids. We'll priced relative to other properties. Would recommend and stay again.

Well setup house that housed 16 adults. Just planning the schedule for the bathrooms was our biggest issue ;)

The place was perfect for a group. The outdoor area with the games was great. Easy walk into the main street as well.

Our overall stay at this place was extremely enjoyable. With ages ranging from 7 to 75, there was ample of entertainment for every one. The 'fun zone' on the deck suited all of the age groups and the space inside the home was warm and inviting. There was ample of parking space for all of us and we were tucked away destined to only annoy ourselves! As it turned out, I have stayed at this property before with some girlfriends about 4 or so years ago but it didn't have the deck with the array of games to play so this has definitely added a huge positive element to the house. We may well be back again next year with the girls!

If you need a house to have a great time and catch up with 15+ friends / family. You cant pass up this property. The outdoor decking space with the pool table & ping pong table etc was an an added bonus. We will be coming back.

Ideal location and simple facilities makes it a great stay for a large group looking to enjoy Phillip Island

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend in Phillip Island. The house has everything you need and is a nice walk from the main esplanade. We would happily return to this house again.

I think the house is too small for so many beds. One room to sleep 7 downstairs was awkward as the grandparents had to sleep in that room because they couldn’t climb the stair and share with younger family members. Not enough chairs around table to share a meal. 3 different types of dining chairs and other furnishings looked like they were all leftovers. The signs indicating dos and donts were off putting The fridge was broken A bin that had a sign on it that said not to put things in or risk your bond was already full when we arrived. Sorry this review is not more flattering. And I’m happy for you not to post. I have my own holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula (which I don’t rent out) but is very well appointed so it had a very high standard to compare with. Also for the price we paid I felt it was not the quality I would expect for that money. However my neice and my sister thought it was adequate.

The house was exactly as pictured on the website. Pleanty if space and pleanty to do. A close walk into shops and the town. Melissa was amazing to deal with her communication and responses were quick and she was very understanding. I would highly recommended staying here.

Had an awesome time! In a great location - walking distance to shops and beach. Awesome for schoolies groups and any large groups looking for a good fun or relaxing time away! Melissa was very accomodating and the modern house was absolute bliss to stay in.

This is an outstanding property, spacious and very comfortable. Close to Cowes Main Street, short walk to shops and eateries. Will definitely be staying here again.
