The house was exactly as advertised. It was spacious with lots of washrooms, privacy, a main floor bedroom and tons of games and activities to do in the house given the poor weather conditions. Proximity to the village was second to none and the property managers were excellent. The house and furniture is extremely dated with the sink faucet being broke, the fridge leaking water non stop, the kitchen table has nails sticking out that tore an expensive pair of pants. The house requires some serious attention. That being said you can’t beat the location and the size of house to accommodate a large group. The mgt team was excellent.

The house is situated in a great area and is perfect for our needs

The location and amenities were excellent during my stay. Although the AC was not working in all areas of the upstairs floor, the landlord provided a $300 compensation that we believe was adequate for the AC issue. One glaring issue that negatively affected our stay was the earwig infestation in the entire chalet. Although it is understandable and tolerable to see a few insects within any listing, the number of earwigs found in this chalet during our stay was unacceptably high. We found at least 50 earwigs in the entire chalet, with the majority of them found in the basement and upper floors. I have photos and videos proving these statements. We discovered a number of earwigs in and around the bedsheets, mattresses, towels, walls, ceilings, couches, floors, pool table, bathrooms, showers, etc. Many of the guests, including myself, chose not to sleep on some of the available beds due to the infestation. Some guests who decided to sleep on the beds awoke in the middle of the nights due to the earwigs they found crawling on their legs and bodies as well as in the sheets. We would like to note that the rest of the property was clean and the amenities were good with an ample supply of sheets and towels. However, in light of the earwig infestation that we experienced, we unfortunately could not completely enjoy our stay. Another issue I had with this listing is the communication with the host/landlord. Unfortunately, I am cut short due to the character limit on the review.

We were thrilled with the abundance of space in this beautiful home. WE had lots of room for our family of 11 with three generations, The games room was such a hit with the kids and the spacious environment was a great place for them to play hide and go seek. It was close enough to the hill that even the 5-6 year olds walked over in their ski boots. A quick response to our request for more kitchen linens and answers to any questions we had, We hope to go back another year!

So much fun! We came as a family of 14 and there was more than enough space. Floor 1 actually had one more bedroom than indicated on the posting, with 2 twin beds. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The games room and hot tub were the biggest hits with younger and older alike. Ping pong in the garage was an extra! We liked that there were no “Knick knacks” around. Things were kid-friendly which we appreciated. It was an easy walk to the “village” so it wasn’t me easy to fight for parking at Blue. Another thing we appreciated was the prompt response whenever we had a slight concern around the washing machine and when the water level dropped in the hot tub. Thanks to the property management! The kitchen was pretty well equipped. I would recommend the owner replace the frying pans as they were quite worn. All the family agreed we should book this place again as we had such a good time. It was perfect for us!

This spacious chalet is great for larger family gatherings of up to 20 people. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms are appreciated, along with the clean linens, abundant towels and comfortable mattresses. The variety of games provided are a source of entertainment for all ages. The location is ideal for walking excursions to The Blue to enjoy all the Christmas decorations and lights, or to access skiing, weather permitting.

Large spacious home in need of repairs and updates. Kitchen is fully equipped and the games room in the basement is fun. Overall the house is in desperate need of updates and repairs. The carpets are stained, light fixtures are missing bulbs, faucets (especially the kitchen) do not work well. The vacuum hasn’t been emptied or cleaned out in a very long time - it was unusable. Floors are uneven and very noisy and have not been well taken care of. Tiles in laundry room are chipping and uneven. Some stair spindles are not secured. The dishwasher worked well and so did the washer and dryer. The home is very close to century express and we easily walked there with our equipment. The location is ideal.

Booked this place for a guys reunion weekend. It is not missing anything! Beds were comfortable and short walk to village!

We had an amazing time at this house! It's well cleaned and prepared with everything you will need. The game room is a great bonus in the house, it kept everyone well entertained. We will definitely go back.

We were a big group and everybody loved their stay at 109 Lucille it was big spacious and there was entertainment for everyone. I dont regret my choice at all.

Everything about this house is top notch. For sure, the location is the best part! We walked - in heels- to blue mountain village for our dinner out and were there in a flash. The house itself is so grand and beautiful. Comfy beds, clean kitchen with everything you could need. Tons of space. No complaints at all.

Loads of space. The game room was the best part. Lots of amenities. The hot tub was enjoyable. The backyard space was big enough for a game of badminton and cricket. Great place for a large family gathering. The only issue was the temperature. We found the upstairs too hot and basement too cold. Other than that an excellent home.

We had 16 people (7 couples and 2 singles) stay at this awesome chalet from Thursday to Sunday and there was more than enough space, beds and bedrooms for all of us. There was plenty of space in the driveway on the property for 8 vehicles. The game rooms were perfect and the fire pit was great. The hot tub was the only disappointment as it wasn't ever hot and an error code showed on the screen so we only used it the first night we were there. This place was super clean and perfect for our stay. We were only a 10 minute walk from the village. All linens and towels were provided along with drip coffee makers and a keurig machine. I would highly recommend checking this place out for your larger group getaways, we had an amazing time!

Spent two nights at this great location and wish we had more time there. House was huge for 7 adults and 3 children. 3-4 empty bedrooms means 10 more could have fit into this house. Stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings and massive windows in the main room make for the perfect lounge area. Hot tub was perfect regardless of weather. Kids and adults loved the games room. Best Vacasa rental we have done. Plan to be back.

The contact for direct on site property management did not become accessible till check-in day. The house is beautiful with its open floor plan, lots of living space and very centrally located (less than a 10 min walk to the village). A few things to note: -The main dining table only seats 12-14 comfortably so if you are a larger group there are other tables and chairs around the house that you can add on to the dining space to make it work. -The house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine which was super helpful for us to know ahead of time (from reading other reviews) so that we can pack K-cups with us (Management should add this to their listing) -Even though their kitchen is fully equipped, dishes, utensils and pots & pans are not in good condition which is to be expected with large rentals like these. We ended up bringing our own paper plates and cutlery for our short stay. We do hope that Management will consider replacing their dinner wear in the near future. -Dishwasher and oven needs some repairs from wear and tear. It's barely in working condition, The main fridge is not cold enough but didn't bother us since their second fridge works well. Overall, the layout and function of the home, the game room facility and the hot tub were such great features that it outweighed the wear and tear of the kitchen and other parts of the house. We were a group of 6 couples on a ski trip. This place was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we visited Blue Mountain again with a large group. This place is huge and did not feel crowded with 6 couples. We could have easily invited a few more people. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable with multiple bathrooms throughout. Very clean when we arrived. We made good use of the central fireplace and hottub. The games room in the basement was so much fun. It was an easy 10 minute walk in ski boots to the nearest lift.

Great place we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and awesome location, 2 min from lifts by car. The best part is the view in the main living room, you can see all the slopes and skiers going down, really beautiful. The biggest downside is definitely the houses lack of proper heat distribution, some rooms were as hot as a furnace and some so cold you couldn’t sleep in them, I don’t know but it was very hard for some guests to sleep. Other than that we really loved everything

Great chalet, very clean, lots of room, large property. Wear and tear is visible but they do a good job of keeping the place clean and well maintained. The only feedback i would have is the checkout time. 10am is so early that for a weekend you only really get 1 full day. The checkout time should really be revisited.

The location is perfect. It’s clean and has a lot of space. Kitchen is fully stacked with pan, pots and enough plates and cups. Offers Netflix, pool table, shuffle board and some other great games.

Beautiful property with lots of space but some renovations needed.

The property was fantastic - everything we needed and more. Tons of room for the kids and their friends. So many bedrooms!Very close walk to the village as well. We will definitely be back again.
