Great house walking distance to local bar restaurant. Quiet street.For the money it is hard to beat.

It’s in a great location, within minutes of plenty of restaurants and attractions. We had a great time kayaking the canals and spring. The home is spacious, clean and well decorated. Would benefit from room darkening drapes across the back to control the afternoon heat. And the third bedroom is almost unusable in the summer heat.

We come to Homosassa every year and this house has been our favorite by far. The location was perfect and the house had everything that we could have needed! Will be booking again for next year!

Great stay

The home itself it clean, spacious and offers everything you need and more. Plenty of china and cookware, towels and bedding; coffee pot, blender, washer and dryer; Disney+, prime video and board games; barbecue, mini beach with sand toys; outside furniture; kayaks, plenty of life jackets; a large fenced yard and a covered dock looking out on the canal. The home is only a 5 minute drive from Homosassa Springs State Park, Publix, an ice-cream shop and pizza parlour to name a few. Also 20 minutes from Three Sisters, Crystal River, Kings Bay and 30 minutes from Weeki Watchi. The best thing though is Homosassa Springs. Kayaked every day to see the manatees play, eat and sleep, as well as the birds like the Heron and Snowy Egret, which seemed to be on the canal every morning! The communication was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of rental properties in Homosassa and this one was my favorite! Great location for boaters. Close to the springs and restaurants. House has everything you could need, and I love the manatee theme the home has! We will definitely be back!

We have a family of five. This home was perfect for all of us. The boys did lots of fishing and caught lots of fish. We all went kayaking a few times. We sat outside and watched the wildlife from the dock. We made s’mores by the fire pit. It’s a very comfortable home with lots to do!

Enjoyed the home in a Homosassa. It was close to the river, restaurants and stores.

This is a perfect house to stay at. It is in the middle of all the attractions. Very peaceful, relaxing, and short kayaking trip to the springs. The weather was not in our favor during our stay but there was still things to do and see while we were there. The host Brittany was great and very responsive!

Great place close to Crumps Landing and many others. Not a far paddle to the springs at all. Really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for making our stay so much fun and relaxing. The amenities are very lovely and kitchen was very well stocked with we needed for cooking lots of meals! The Evolve team were very helpful when we arrived with questions about our stay. Canal had an alligator swimming around in it and we took some videos! Lots to see and do there and close to the Springs for swimming after scalloping in the Gulf all day.

When we arrived to the property, it was apparent the cleaning crew never made it that day which turned about to be a misunderstanding in the schedule. It was 7pm on a Sunday and Nancy and Brittany were on the case. We had cleaners in the house with in the hour, all of the linen was taken to a local laundromat, and by 10pm, the house was cleaned and we were in the house. Nancy was more than accommodating and generous throughout the process. The house was perfect and in great condition. Plenty of room for my 21' boat to fit at the dock. Bed Review: All of the beds had a nice thick memory foam pad on them. Slept like a baby. Refreshing to have a VRBO with super comfortable beds.

Could not have asked for a better place! Perfect location! Immaculate! We stayed for a little over a month – I didn’t want to leave. The pictures don’t do it justice. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog! The house had everything you could ask for. We had a fire in the firepit almost every night, played with the grandkids in the sand, took the kayaks out from the back yard, grilled outside and so much more! There are great restaurant very close - we could boat to them, there is also a great local restaurant/bar walking distance along several great places to eat with a little drive. Nancy was fantastic! No issues at all, she made sure our visit was perfect! We can’t wait to come back.

Due to covid we couldn't have a 7th Birthday party for our daughter. I booked this home and a swimming with the manatees adventure instead. My girls had the best time kayaking wuth us and the place was so peaceful. The home itself is clean and we really enjoyed staying on the canal. We hope to return again.

Wonderful house to stay at. Beautiful rooms, very spacious, Kitchen fully stocked with necessary utensils. Plenty of Room for parking, and so close to the Springs! We will definitely consider this house for future vacations.

The house is beautiful and extremely clean. The property manager, Nancy, is super sweet and kind. We had one small issue and they had a repair man out in less than an hour and quickly fixed. The house has everything you need plus some! We highly recommend staying at this property!
