The location was absolutely perfect for our family with three kids under 10. Lots of beach time and close enough to the pier to enjoy rides and fireworks. Kim’s place was clean and ready for fun from the moment we walked in. Washer and dryer and the outdoor shower allowed us to make the most of our time without stress. We will book again!

The house was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed being just minutes from the beach. The multiple decks and patio area were enjoyed daily. We had coffee on the deck near the sliding doors, lunch under the umbrella on the patio and night caps on the deck off the second floor ! Our granddaughters walked to the pier (.6 mi.) several evenings to enjoy the night life with other young adults. Our daughter and son- in-law spent a few days at the hotel right across the street. My brother and sister-in-law spent two days at the Atlantis Motel which is very close by. The house location is perfect ! Kim and Russell were exceptional hosts ! I've rented houses in the area for over twenty years. I highly recommend renting this house. You won't be disappointed !

We loved our stay on the north end of Old Orchard Beach. This is a beach house with solid floors (not carpet). So that makes it cleaner, but it also makes it sandy at times. The furniture etc was a bit aged but worked properly and is representative of a good ole beach house. The street was extremely quiet. It is literally steps from the beach and just over a half mile walk (down the beach or sidewalk) to the pier area with all the restaurants and attractions. Parking was easy. The owner responded right away when I enquired about arrival. This was our favorite week of a long 3 week vacation. One of my boys forgot a small bag with his wallet and random things in it. Kim immediately messaged me and shipped us his bag and even included a little gift. Great spot!

"Girls" trip to Maine (ages ranging from 21 to 78). We decided to stay 3 nights at Old Orchard Beach. 3 Morrison was a great choice. We were within walking distance to the beach and to town. We had everything that we needed for our stay including music from the juke box. Kim was very fast in responding to a few questions that we had. Thanks for a fun stay.

The house was beautiful! Very clean and had everything you need, plus! Great views and steps from the beach. Perfect location, it’s a half mile to the pier and it’s located on a quiet side street. My family and I loved it and we would definitely stay there again!

Overall, great experience. Struggled at first to access property because the code for the house wasn't sent to me so I had to wait a bit to hear back from Kim. We just walked to the beach to waste some time because it's so close and literally a few steps away. Kitchen was well equipped and so were bathrooms. I would have liked to see some sand toys/beach chairs/ wagon/umbrella offered to borrow given the proximity to the beach. Previous rentals we had used supplied these for us, so I had to spend the additional money to purchase them and drive our second car to then fit everything. Additionally, when I booked the property, it listed as 3 BR, but it's only 2. Kim actually reached out to me a few months before my stay to inform me of the incorrect detail on the listing, but by this time it was too late to find another property. I would recommend this property to others, though.

We very much enjoyed our week at OOB! The home was incredibly clean and steps from the beach. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect for walking to all the local businesses and boardwalk. Great stay, highly reccomend!

The house is very cool and the location could not be more perfect. Had to contact the host in order to get inside because I was having trouble with my app, and she was a very lovely and helpful person. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our fall stay in your clean home! The location was perfect- a short, easy walk to the beach and a short drive to Portland. The home was comfortable and roomy enough for our family. Kimberly was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Do not hesitate to book your stay at this wonderful VRBO.

Great location & super comfortable - definitely a home away from home. We wanted to stay longer just to hang out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze for another night! We stayed here with the intent of spending time in Portland proper, but found enough to do in the immediate area that we ended up spending less time in the city than we expected. The house was great, very clean, very comfortable. The area felt very safe and was very peaceful at night. The description and the photos represent the actual property - everything we expected was provided for and more. There's enough room for a family to stay, but it'd also make a nice place for a couple to enjoy a getaway. I fully recommend staying here - I don't think our trip would have been so enjoyable had we stayed elsewhere!

It’s a 30 second walk to the beach and far away enough from the pier that we didn’t feel crowded on the beach. We had a nice view of the fireworks from our spot on the beach. Best part… a hot/cold outdoor shower for getting the sand off of you. We walked to dinner near the pier on most nights. Not too far for the kids to walk.

Kim’s property is less than a 1/2 block from the beach. The location was fantastic for our family. It gave us the ability to go back and forth from the cottage to the beach multiple times a day/evening. Multiple decks/porches also let us enjoy the beach air from the house. The cottage was roomy enough for the five of us. The pull out bed downstairs got heavy use. Plenty of linens and towels available. Kitchen is equipped with basics which was very important to us as we do prefer to eat in/cook. Unique to the cottage was a 60’s era jukebox that worked with a quarter. Overall, the property and our experience with Kim was great!

We couldn’t say more wonderful things about the house, location, amenities, and Kim herself. The house had everything we needed and was spacious. The two decks were really nice, with views of the beach. We kept the windows open most of the time we were home just to let the beach air rush in and hear the waves crash. Of the two weeks we stayed, one of the weeks I need to work, and the Internet was great allowing me to get everything I needed done, even if I was jealous my wife and daughter were at the beach and I could see them through the window :-). Additionally, there were a couple of playgrounds very close to the house, one of which we biked to nearly every day. The pier is about half a mile away which we would walk to on the beach. It was far enough away that the beach near us was pretty empty and everyone have each other space to enjoy. We couldn’t recommend the house more, I would suggest anyone looking to get away stay here.
