Clean and comfortable. The only thing I wish was that there was a proper table to seat 4 inside.

You’re given a code for the door by text which took us a few tries to realize you have to press the check mark after the code, no big deal. Upon entering we were greeted by a strong odour that we assume was food from the guest before us but otherwise the place looked very clean. We provided feedback when asked via text to rate the place. Property manager replied immediately and asked if we wanted the cleaners to come back but we refused as there is not much you can do about food odour and we just aired it out. Not a big deal but just not the most pleasant smell to sit in. Pretty much has everything you need including silverware, dishes, ironing board etc. One of my guests said the ironing cover could be replaced but was nice to have. The outlet in the downstairs bathroom would not work but my husband realized the next day when we got there that the upstairs one was tripped. So FYI both bathroom wall plugs are on the same GFI. This place is very close to the village and includes shuttle which is nice but we forgot about it and didn’t use it. Enjoyed a nice walk to the village one morning and saw a baby fox, about a 20 minute walk. Did not have a chance to check out the pool or hot tub. Overall satisfied with our stay, just wanted to provide feedback for people who may be swayed by certain aspects of the property.

Overall the stay was excellent. Any concerns were adresses immediately. Staff took no time replying and was very professional. Looking forward to our next stay!

On the listing it’s mentioned 2 bedrooms but it’s 1 bedroom and 1 loft area. Also the loft area doesn’t have an air conditioner and it’s get very hot. The ceiling fan was not enough to cool and it was making noise. Other than than it was a hoot property with the excellent location. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Great apartment. The kitchen was beautifully kitted out - there was even a turkey roasting tin! The beds were comfy. It was lovely and quiet. And a great location for the trails or visiting further afield in Thornbury, Meaford, Collingwood or even Wasaga Beach (Skull Island Crazy Golf - worth the drive).

The two Bathroom for 4 girls on a road trip is very nice. The Condo is situated in a very mice spot, The B’ue Mountains Village is 5 mminutes away.

This was the perfect spot for our girls getaway! Perfectly located. Condo was clean and spacious and enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the balcony. Definitely will return.Thank you

We were so pleased with everything and would recommend Vacasa and this condo to our friends and family. The unit was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed (even paper towels), check in & out was so easy, the location was perfect for our needs and the price was extremely reasonable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! We will happily return.

Great Stay
The condo was perfect for a 5 night stay. Close to the Village. The pool was great. Had everything we needed. The description says air conditioning but the machine was upstairs only and didn’t really cool the main floor at all. Couldn’t use dishwasher as it’s not installed so opening it was an issue as the unit came outwards also. Wasn’t a big deal as we just hand washed dishes. Other than that it was wonderful. Thank you!

Great place to stay
The condo was great - very clean, beds were comfortable, bath towels and small toiletries were available and appreciated! The kitchen is also very well-stocked with every utensil or piece of cookwear you would need, though you would have to bring cooking basics such as salt and oil. The only real improvement I would suggest is replacing the bedside speakers with charging stations for phones, since we didn't all have outlets near our beds and several phones had to be left elsewhere to charge (which is only a problem when you use it as your morning alarm). On another note, it was impossible to contact the host through VRBO itself - I ended up having to call Vacasa (long-distance) to make some advanced changes to our booking. However, once I got through, they were very accommodating and provided great service. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice place to relax close to the hills
We happened to come across this condo in a search for somewhere decently priced to stay while in the Blue Mountains. This place offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay and is located just a few minutes down the road from Blue Mountain Village. We were very happy with the house itself. Just a couple of things to note. The previous cleaning of the condo seemed like it had been rushed as we found a clump of hair and a bobby pin in the upstairs shower. We also found it very hard to regulate the temperature. It was either too hot or too cold after multiple attempts to regulate the temp. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay with Vacasa again in the future.

Great stay for small family
For a few nights for the opportunity to access the skiing at Blue Mountain, this was perfect for us. North Creek Resort staff were always busy at work doing ice maintenance outside and when I let management know there was an issue with dirty dishes that we found in the cupboard on arrival, they responded immediately and appropriately. The 'walk to the slopes' only applies to the Toronto Ski Club which is adjacent to this complex but Blue Mountain is just a few minutes drive away. We also found a wonderful hiking trail up the hill.

overall cleanliness and condition of unit was very good. A small issue is the lack of salt and pepper. It would be handy if packets were available. due to covid restrictions, restaurants were not open for dine in and we didn't think of getting salt and pepper shakers for a 2 day visit. parking was super difficult

Very Convenient
Good location, with only a 1-2 minute drive to the North chair lift, where you can park for free and get right on the slopes. Basic amenities, but good enough for a quick ski trip.

Clean, well stocked and conveniently located.
Appreciated the detail to cleanliness. This accommodation has a private 2nd storey stairs that requires average mobility. We stayed for 5 days. East stroll 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Blue Mountain village. Local Trails readily available from the parking lot. Great balcony on 2nd floor and also off loft bedroom on 3rd floor. Appliances are dated but worked fine. We didn’t need to use the heating or a/c so can’t comment on their functionality. Shuttles were not running but I can see their value for folks that don’t enjoy walking.

Happy Stayed
The house looks tidy, bright, comfy and right size for us in family of 5 with 3 young kids. All my kids love this warmly comfort house, we do want to come back, specially with the good deal which not overpriced. Besides, I would like to suggest that it’ll be perfect if the couch that besides the stairs can be clean again, because it has some bad smell on it. Also, the another annoying thing was about the A/C, it’s too cold to sleep besides it and a bit too noisy when it’s on each time. Other then these we overall happy with our stay here and would like to return. Thank you.

Perfect.
Excellent little condo. Just like the pics. Clean, comfy and well situated. Comfortable beds, all appliances/gadgets that you need in good working order and lots of parking. It was a great base to explore the area for a couple of days. The little patio/porch area was perfect to sit out with a drink and listen to the birds. There is direct access opposite to a very steep but beautiful trail up Blue Mountain (purple trail.1940). 3 minute drive to BM village. Decent price - good value for money. Would definitely visit again.

Wouldn’t exactly call it clean
Due to COVID we were told the property needed an additional hour to clean (check in time now being 4pm instead of 3pm). Upon arrival we noticed some interesting things. An empty beer can on the balcony, a beer cap under the couch, a dead bug in the doorway to the balcony, grease on the kitchen cupboard, hair that was clearly not mine not vacuumed, and crumpled up paper towel (clearly garbage) on the balcony. All that being said, we decided not to complain and made the best of our few days. I will say we checked out a day early. The TV was small, there were no movie channels or other amenities (like Netflix) and honestly the place was a bit dated. As a family we’ve stayed at several places and we don’t have high expectations, however the one thing I do expect is the residence being cleanly. For that additional hour I needed to wait, I expected the place to smell like pine sol. But instead it smelled musty. For those with higher expectations, I wouldn’t recommend it. But If you’re okay with the place not being 100% clean, then the place was cute.
