This is an incredible option if you are travelling to Luxembourg on business. The owner of the property is highly educated, speaks perfect English and is very helpful. Very highly recommend.

location was good. bus stop is infront of the building. it took me 15 minutes to go to city centre by bus. The Host is very professional and gives you useful tips about life in Luxembourg. It is good for short term stays, the room/ apartment was always clean and no noise disturbance. Bed was comfortable and i had good sleep in my stay.

No bed side lamp but there is a lamp in the room which you can bring closer to the bed.

GOOD value of money. Prices in Luxembourg hotels are very very expensive and this property offers good/ quiet accommodation at a fair cost. This was my 3rd time stay at this property. it is private bedroom in a big 2 bedroom apartment. Host is gentleman/ very educated and supportive that he waited until midnight for my check-in due to my flights being delayed. The room and apartment was very clean all the time and managed very well. Size of room is decent for one person. Mattress and carpet in the room is very comfortable. I had no trouble in having good sleeps. Communication with host was clear and easy and host was available to respond quickly. As always, host is hospitable and keep sharing free meals😊 Location is very good, not far from city Centre/ train station and kirchberg. Bus stop is infront of the apartment and direct bus takes you to city Centre in 13-15 minutes. I also took the direct bus from the apartment to the airport and it took me 35 minutes. Kitchen is good size, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. Overall, I recommend this place for stay of few weeks and will come again.

- I had to do the check-in at 7pm and not before 4pm as it is mentioned in the ad. - Host has a list of rules that you must follow, only shared less than a day before the check-in. - You share apartment with the host, not mentioned in the ad. - One of the rules: "In case you need keys, a security deposit of 50€ will be made", also not mentioned in the ad (how are you supposed to enter the apartment without keys?) - Host has a dishwasher and washing machine, but doesn't allow you to use them. You have to wash the dishes and pan by hand and it is not possible to use the washing machine. I'd understand it if you're staying a couple nights, but I stayed 9 and had to keep a bag with the dirty clothes since he would not let me wash them. -Not good value for money at all, I stayed in the city centre of Luxembourg for around 50€ per night in an studio and I paid here 50% more, outside the city centre, without being able to use dishwasher or washing machine and sharing the apartment with the host. -Living room's door is papered (you also cannot enter) and you cannot see through it, which does not make the stay pleasant, looks like host is hiding something. Picture attached. -You are forced to double-lock the door even if you are inside the apartment, to add on top of the rules. If you are not comfortable, it makes it less comfortable.
