We came in and they asked the reason for coming. It was our son's birthday, and they went out of their way to bring him milk and cookies. My son loved it!! They always make us feel comfortable when staying there!!

The bed was comfortable and the view decent.

Rate was almost $200 more than billed with hidden 10.5% tax and occupancy fees and such. The facility was dated and in disrepair for $650 a night. I would expect to pay $250 out the door for a hotel of this caliber. Poor, staff in knowledgeable about anything local you would think they don't live there. The pool was cloudy perhaps because there are no showers for people coming from the beach. No lifeguard and cold hot tub. Food closed early. I seriously am looking forward to our stay at the Holiday Inn. We'll get the same experience with breakfast for 1/3 the cost. I wish I could get a refund. Horrible experience I'll be sharing with everyone I know.

Covewood was fantastic but I wished the front person would be more delighted to welcome us. Servers were amazing! Always happy to be there.

Please renovate the rooms. Very outdated. Have more bigger pool.

Everything was close by and comfortable. Perfect with the kids to play and be safe

Less activities and restaurants

The view from the patio, be able to see the firework from sea world.

The toilet flush sounds loud.

We liked the location of the property, the room was comfortable and clean. The shower was warm with good pressure. We played tennis and had fun paddle boarding and the restaurants had some tasty food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A little rough around the edges and paying $42 per day for parking is a money grab. Staying at the hotel is already $$$

My room didn’t have a microwave and the coffee maker would only make about 1/4 cup of coffee.

we really like this location and we love to stay in the waterfront rooms. the rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfy. the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I love that there is a refrigerator in the room.

this time we came on a very busy weekend. too many people. the pools were overcrowded and couldn’t enjoy it. the phone system for room service was not working. it took multiple calls for someone at the front desk to answer. when we got to our room after checking in, it hadn’t been serviced yet.

Parking was an additional fee, and there was no space available. The only space available was very far from the actual room. to travel across the grounds with bags from a secondary parking lot when paying the fee for parking both nights was not the most positive note.

The customer service was amazing and very helpful, the pool was beautiful and relaxing, the rooms were peaceful, I loves that you offer so many different activities at the hotel.

I didn’t like that my room was far from pool, I didn’t like that there was no elevator available, the outside floors were very dirty, the bedroom curtains and outside patio were dirty, the food from restaurant was not good and very expensive. In my opinion the nightly rate is too expensive for a hotel that is very old and outdated.

lovely resort with lots to do nearby including a bike ride to Mission Beach.
