Very clean, relatively new property in convenient location. Housekeeping staff was wonderful!

Location was difficult to get to due to street signs not placed.

My new white waffle robe was taken as a dirty towel on my last day. I emailed the manager and was never contacted back

Good location, friendly, efficient staff, nice facilities.

The room was not fully stocked (no soap, shampoo, lotions) minimal teas. Window coverings did not operate properly. The biggest drawback was having to shoo flies while trying to eat our breakfast. If we wanted a camping experience, we would have booked one…

We have utilized this property several times in our travels. The staff are friendly and efficient, the facility well-maintained.

This time we spent a great deal of time shooing flies away while were trying to eat our breakfast in the dining area. I realize only so much can be done with the main door only a few feet away. But surely some steps can be taken.

No push carts when needed most and no assistance with luggage.

General location within Amarillo was fine for our travel needs. Near some fast food restaurants. Pleasant lobby. Breakfast was fine, though fresh fruit would be nice. Easy checkin and checkout.

Room fridge not working. Awkward bathroom layout with no outer door. Location amidst lots of construction. View overlooked parking lot and construction. Questionable men loitering and leering in parking lot. Window shade broken and wouldn’t go up at all or go down all the way to block bright lights in parking lot. No luggage carts (supposedly all in use but never saw any).

The hotel was conveniently located for access to I 40. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The walk in shower was fabulous. Breakfast offered many delicious options.

great staff and breakfast

Had 4 moths in the room. stain on the side of the mattress and the sheet had a hole in the side. The tile in the shower fell off randomly fell off in the bottom corner.

the were so friendly

only complain I have is that the showers are slick. I almost fell 3 times when showering.
