Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. Very clean and reasonably priced.

The fire pits and smores were more than we expected and an excellent way to relax at the end of the day. Everything about this facility was great.

Room was clean and well furnished and the woman, Samantha, who we initially interacted with was absolutely lovely and very helpful! They also had lots of amenities, with free coffee pods you could grab so you didn't need to call the front desk for more, etc.

They have an app-based check-in system that doesn't work; another group checking in at the same time as us had the same issue. They then have a red phone you can use to contact the front desk (which is hidden away in a side room), but that didn't work either. The woman who we finally tracked down, Tammy, who was apparently the manager, YELLED at us that she'd already checked us in. Super aggressive energy, and really not an appropriate way to speak to another human being, let alone a guest of the hotel you're pretending to run. We almost left the property because of it and were prepared to find somewhere else, but thankfully Samantha was there and was very kind. Still, whoever owns this place needs to either hire someone with a bit of sophistication or train Tammy to let her know that you do not abuse your customers. We will never ever stay again because of this and it's too bad, because with some better management it would be a great spot...for now, it has RV park down by the river vibes.

We loved the common area with the fire rings and play area! The amenities room was lovely! Also the wooded area in back was great!

The games in the game room were all broke! And the chess game in our table in the room was missing parts also!

it's just the BEST place - so nice to be able to relax and know the kids are busy and close :)

lots of character, creative, lovely grounds, food was good, room was comfortable. the outdoor eating/congregation area is

some rooms have very small shower stalls, no room to bend over. this last room had a tub/shower, so room to bend over. Ask for one of these, which make living quarters complete and wonderful.

Wish we would have had more time! So many activities, coffee room and game room! the entire property is so well thought out and accommodating to all families! On our list to come back and stay more to enjoy the facility!
