Great central location, Within walking distance from the CBD. The unit was clean and had everything to make your stay enjoyable. Secure undercover parking was a bonus.

The property had everything we needed to relax for 6 days, kitchen, laundry, comfortable lounge and dining and bedroom. Heater was excellent. Very handy to light rail for visiting sights and shopping

Overall stay was good.

The supplies were not enough. There was only a quarter of a toilet roll available at the check in for 1 week stay of 4 people. Only 2 towels were provided for 4 people. Only 3 chairs were available for the dining table although photos shows 4 on the web site. Other supplies such as bodywash/shampoo/cleaning products were not enough. We checked in around 7 PM and then immediately had to go shopping as the supplies were not even enough for the first night. They should be more considerate on their customers and provide enough supplies at least for 1 night. On the day we checked in since I didn't get the instructions for check in at 3 PM previous day, I asked for the instruction. Then they sent me a contrract to sign before sending check in instructions. I booked the property 2 months ago but they sent me a contract on the day I check in. This is not acceptable at all as other properties do not have such contracts and if they want they should have given it when I booked the property so if I don't agree I can cancel and book other properties. But this way they limited my options and forced me to sign a contract whether I agree or not.

The units at the back are old and tired so check which unit you have booked. Still clean and good value.

I only had 2 towels for the 6 nights. A few extra would have been appreciated.

The location was very good .It was center. The property was clean . Boarding process was good and easy

The only issue i had is the sofa cum bed was unconfortable and i just could sleep on it properly and it really spoiled my vacation

Great location - a convenient, 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants. This was also a recently built apartment, so the amenities were brand new. And if you're a fan of cooking, this apartment comes with all the equipment you'd need to do so.

Sarah wasn't as communicative as I'd hoped. I texted her about airport taxis, and she missed my message altogether. The internet was also so bad - I could not sustain a stable connection for more than 30 minutes at a time. I had to forget about getting work done because we couldn't even order food, or call a cab. I texted Sarah about the issue within an hour of checking in, but she said she could only help us on the last day of our stay. When we were checking out, Sarah wanted us to take out the trash and said we could text her for help locating the waste disposal room. You guessed it - no response. It felt like I was dealing with a property manager who wanted to do the bare minimum, and only at her convenience.

Good sized, comfortable apartment in a great location. Very close to transport and walking distance to lots of good restaurants and cafes. Instructions for checking in and out were very clear. Pretty quiet given the location. Would definitely stay again.

As previous reviewers have said, it needs a really deep clean and a bit more attention to detail in the check out cleaning. I noticed a large stain on the carpet when I arrived, on the last day realised was actually still slightly damp and a little bit sticky. I scrubbed dried food off the kitchen tap nozzle and wiped a sticky drip of something off one of the kitchen cabinet doors before I had done anything in the kitchen on the day I arrived. Some (but not all) ornaments were dusty, some missing pillow cases that were not replaced, and a couple of other minor things that had been missed by the cleaners that by themselves were not a big deal but because there were a lot of minor things it added up. There were also some bent legs on the dining chairs that I believe made the chair unsafe so I did not use it.

The location was good. The building in which the unit is located, is well maintained. Overall the unit was comfortable.

A few points within the unit need attention. (The decorative tile strip in the shower is in need of re-grouting, after the mould is treated / removed. The ceiling directly above the shower has a few spots of mould that if treated soon, will stop a more serious out break. The curtains in the lounge need trimming to the correct length and the ceiling directly above the lounge door needs the old mounting holes patched and painted.)

Sarah was an amazing host. She arrived within 15 min of calling her with a brand new hairdryer for us to use.

The location is fantastic. The apartment was larger than I thought it would be. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. The walk in robe was a real bonus to put the luggage in. Being able to park in the visitors area (even though we could park in the basement) made it truly hassle free.

The iron bed head is not comfortable to sit up and have a cup of tea in bed first thing.

The peace and quite

not being able to reply directly to emails that were sent to me, they are marked as do nor reply. There was a light out in the kitchen and no microwave cooking containers provided.

A very well-appointed apartment just a few blocks north of the City Centre; complete with a full kitchen, modern bathroom, and even a walk-in wardrobe. The building also has a pool and a gym. Received clear instructions for Check-In and Check-Out. Handy for transport, with a light rail stop across the road. Just a short stroll to the delights of Lonsdale Street, as well as the suburban centres of Ainslie and O'Connor, which have their own supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. I'd happily live here, if I'd needed to.

The apartment is situated close to the building's garage entrance, so the clunks of cars entering and exiting could be a problem for a light sleeper. I wish the communication with the host was a bit better. It seemed like they weren't receiving my queries via the Booking messenger portal.
