It’s always my favorite choice, but really this year not as expected, even the staff , i have booked too early to avoid crowds & to select my favorite apartment , unfortunately they ignore my request & no support from the staff & it seem really they don’t care , Eid holiday & they know it will be full occupied , even the appartment was not clean & ready as usual

Very clean and confortable flat with high standing furniture. Balcony with sea view.

The flat was not in the location as described in booking in sidi bichr at the 5th floor. We had a flat located in the neighbourhood of Al Asafra at the 11th floor.

the studio was so much bigger than expected really clean and all staff were polite and accommodating security man and family were very friendly and welcoming will definitely come back and stay next time I need to be in Alexandria could not have asked for a better location

PEOPLE, don't be fooled by this deception, do not spend money on this cheap egyptian deception and look for ano I HAVE NOT SEEN A WORSE PLACE The apartment stinks of cigarettes Sound transmission low Everywhere other people's hair and cockroaches everything is dirty waited for the guy who brought the keys for about 20 minutes, number to contact for any questions did not answer the right questions properly or for a very long time on the first money we decided to leave this hut DON'T FOLLOW THIS SCAM

Rooms are too much Good. Good Value for money.Too much big rooms with all facilities. i find kitchen full also washing machine. big room with Good location. just love the Hotel ❤️

Smaller than expected, but it's a studio so it's understandable.
