No surprises which is a good thing! As listed, great host. Would definitely stay again

Cons: there were holes in the sheets of the king and stains in the sheets of the queen, no curtains in diningroom, terrible lights in dining room, too bright and therefore not cosy, oven was not clean and bathtowels not fresh. Noise at the poolside from a pump. Pro’s:: Clean bathrooms and kitchen (besides from the oven) nice sized pool, christmasdecorations, tennistable, tv in every room. Owner responded quickly on the sheets problems an brought over new sheets which was great. We think this house is suitable for max four persons. We would not rent this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We also contributed to the house by buying an iron and a beach tent. Hope the next users enjoy these additions. We hope to rent this place again in the near future.

Overall the property was well kept. Hard to judge houses by the pictures, seemed smaller in real life vs the pictures. Appreciated the grill and the pool. Garage is not available to park in as it will not fit a car. I didn’t ask ahead of time, which was an oversight on my part.

Enjoyed this beautiful and fun home, large enough for my family and friends! All under 1 roof! Nice amenities too. The pool was great with plenty of seating, out door and indoor games! Loved this and all was as it was advertised ! Everything that we needed!

Everything needed for a great stay included in the house. Bonus with the ping pong table and of course the pool. The porch was perfect for dining after we grilled. Neighbor hood quiet, lots of parks and restaurants nearby. Would stay again, Sean was very helpful.

The place is on a quiet street yet close to everything! Everything inside is new, clean, and comfortable. It is clear that the owners are working to spruce-up the outside. We really enjoyed the pool and the extra lounge chairs in the sun!

This place was perfect! The owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking near PSL or surrounding towns as it close to I 95 and nearly on US1. Book the place you won’t be unhappy!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Lovely house, plenty of room. Really enjoyed the ping pong table, screened veranda and pool. The owner was very responsive, we would stay here again, in fact we didn't want to leave!

Great property with an amazing pool. Had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, and toys. Lots of board and yard games. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay again!

My step daughter will be getting married at a nearby venue next year and we spent the time at the house getting with all the people such as venue, caterer, photographer, wedding dress etc. The house was great and we were all very comfortable.

For our first experience with Vrbo, we couldn't ask for better. The listing was all it said and more. Spacious, enough activities for you to not want to leave, clean, and comfortable. We loved the outdoor areas from the pool to the firepit, we enjoyed every moment. The thoughtfulness and care the host puts forth made our time feel like we were home. The location was perfect close to everything that we needed. Everyone in our family loved it! This is definitely a place we hope to revisit.

It was the perfect place to unwind with family and get ready for a wedding. Has ample outdoor seating for gathering and unwinding, with a spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Every thing was clean and comfortable. Owners are very easy and flexable.

It’s a very nice house with a great pool, they also had a screened in back porch. Plenty of areas to relax and take it easy. Some games and a ping pong table also.

The home was perfect for my family. Very clean and spacious. Amazing pool and multiple actives such as cornhole and ping pong in home. Loved the pool area and fire pit. Perfect area close to stores and beautiful beaches. Easy access to home and extremely helpful hosts. I would recommend this home to anyone. Definitely worth it for an awesome and relaxing vacation.

Love the pool and fire pit

We had a great stay at Sean’s property! He was great and easy to work with! Our children loved the pool and more than enough room for our friends that came to stay! We will definitely be staying here again!

What an amazing time we had! My family and I put together a short getaway and this property did not disappoint! The pictures I saw on the listing of the property the day I made the reservation were right on point. Everything from the rooms, the kitchen, the dinning room, patio, pool, etc. You name it this cute corner home had it all. Even the welcome was welcoming.......with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us! We felt right at home. Sean my hat's off to you for having such a lovely home and listing it as a vacation property. I will be sharing the details with my co-workers and family members. And who knows we might be back soon. :) Thank you again.

Our stay felt so at home from the moment we arrived. Having a Christmas tree waiting for us made this trip that much more special. Our dog Jake loved the backyard and chasing the squirrels. The house was very clean and spacious. We will definitely remember to stay here again.

This house couldn’t be more perfect! The bottle of wine waiting for us was an added bonus! The house was clean and the perfect size for our group! We spent most of our time in the pool and on the patio (which was the selling point for me!) sean couldn’t have been a more helpful and accommodating host! (even when we locked ourselves out! Whoops!) My 3 year old loved the fact that he could watch Disney movies in every room (thanks to the fire sticks!) If I am ever back up that way this will definitely be a go to place for me!!

This was our first stop on our Florida road trip! We were a little worried because of hurricane isais was supposed to be there the same days we were staying. The owner stayed in contact with us and even allowed us an earlier check in to avoid possibly driving through the storm which was so kind! Upon arrival there is a little guest book to sign, the WiFi password and a free bottle of wine!!! So thoughtful! They had a ping pong table that we immediately used. All of the rooms were extremely clean and the neighborhood was nice! This didn’t feel like we were staying at someone’s house, it felt like our house! We got in al the pool for a few hours for some fun in the sun! We enjoyed the enclosed patio too. I can’t say enough good things. We will definetly be back and appreciate the communication with the owners!
