Highly recommend! Steve and Li have a beautiful home, with an amazing view in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is amazing with plenty of space to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. Landscape beautifully manicured and maintained. Very clean everywhere. Loved the body jets in the shower. Communication with Steve and Li was excellent, they are very hospitable and they want to ensure you have a comfortable stay, which we did. We will back!

Lin & Steve are great hosts. Steve was very thorough and detailed. Lin was very warm and hospitable. The place is wonderful, clean, and has a lot of places to sit and relax, especially outside. The deck out of the living room has a 2-person seating arrangement, the pool has a couple of tables with more seating options, and there are multiple outdoor options around the house and away from the pool, including one in the back at the top of the garden with a fire pit. We took advantage of the theater room, which was a great place to watch a movie. The theater is next to the downstairs workout room which has its own sliding door out to the pool. Great place to stay. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again. 👍👍

Great location, great amenities, and the best owners ! All the comforts I could have wanted! We consider Steve and Li our friends, and hope to return their hospitality if they come to visit us in Hawaii. We had so much fun.😊

Steve was super communicative. The view of the Sound is incredible. The home is spacious with lots of light. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We stayed with Steve and Li for twelve days. The room we stayed in was very nice. The pool in the evening was great place to relax and watch the sunset.

I was in town visiting my sister and she wanted to write the review, so here it is: my sister booked Steve and Li’s place for the tail end of our road trip. The first impression was of the hosts’ kindness and the sweeping views of the Puget Sound. The bedroom was cozy and I can say I slept well both nights of our stay. In the morning, Li greeted us in the kitchen. My sister and I both enjoyed talking with her. She made us feel at home. The Location was ideal as it is in the Browns point neighborhood of Tacoma. It was quiet and only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Tacoma and other attractions. We did a night swim and the pool with the views was remarkable. My sister and I both agreed we would stay here again!

I found this location to 100% match the pictures and description. Personally, we were uncomfortable staying with the owners home, mostly because all communication was via text. However everything was as expected per the description. We really only needed a place to sleep, so it worked for us. The pool area is beautiful and has a great view.

This was such an enjoyable and memorable experience for our 20 year anniversary. The home is cozy and in a great location with views to die for. The owners were such kind people and there for everything we needed while we still felt extremely secluded and private. It was the perfect distance from the airport and anything you wanted to sightsee around Seattle Tacoma area. We watched the fireworks and the sunset over the puget sound, enjoyed great meals, even utilized the gym and theatre room which satisfied and made my husband happy. Cant say enough about this place and our experience. If you stay here you will have memories as magical as ours.

Steve & Li's beautiful home was spotless. Unexpectedly on one occasion Li cooked my wife and me some amazing food. Thank you so much Li, it was absolutely scrumptious! We would have loved to have experienced the beautiful pool and deck, but with it being winter and all it wasn't meant to be. I can only I imagine that in spring & summer it would be an oasis.

The hosts, Steven and Li are very gracious. I felt welcomed and could relax in their beautiful, clean home. The setting is amazing with the view of Puget Sound in front and the beautiful garden in the back. I plan to return here in the future!

The property owners were very nice people to stay with. They let us have our space but where available if needed, either in person or in text. The home is beautiful, the theater room was awesome, and the jacuzzi was a lovely experience, with a great view of the Puget Sound.
