close to beach

old, requires renovation animals in the roof make it hard to sleep at night

it was a fantastic property with great amenities in a quiet street so close to key services and transport .

It is close to town about 8 minute walk. The house has plenty of room, kitchen has everything you need, the outdoor verandah is pleasant . The wifi was good.

The 2 lounges were very uncomfortable, the main bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

The location was really good, only a 10 minute walk to Shoal Bay shops, Zenith & Box Beaches. It was great having the 2nd toilet & shower in the laundry with 10 people staying and the other under cover area was also good to hang out in

The location was good as not too far from Shoal Bay restuarants and beach. Also very close to Fingal Bay and Nelson Bay with a short drive.

Whilst the house was clean, it was dated and did not have airconditioning in the bedrooms. In the middle of a heat wave where nightime temperature is in the mid 20s, not having airconditioning is very uncomfortable. We did not sleep very well during the nights. There were no dishwasher nor a dining room in the house. The dining area is outside at the back bbq area.
