This is a lovely mid century home on a canal in Siesta Key. It is very close to restaurants, shopping, and the wonderful beaches. The neighborhood is quite and the view from the back deck is relaxing. The home is lovely & we enjoyed our 5 week stay. I would definitely stay at Mod Livin’ again. There was a little issue with the Wi-Fi & pool heat and the slowness of the management company’s response.

Great house in a great location. Mod Livin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to Siesta Key Village but located in a quiet neighborhood. Mod Livin has all the comforts of home and is well equipped. Only a short 10-15 minutes to Siesta Key beach.

Location was amazing. A quick walk to shops restaurants and the beach. All that and still the house was quiet. At the end of a street so very few vehicles...there were more boats on the canal all who were respectfull and friendly. It was a bit pricey to heat the pool but worth every penny. Many hours were spent in it 15 Jan to 28 Feb. The house itself was very clean even the white tiled shower. A little dated but well maintained. Layout worked great for us. Big open living space and another separate TV room. Really the only negative was the furniture was not comfortable at all for aging bodies with back and hip issues. Any issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The garbage disposal broke and was looked at the next day and replaced the following day. We would definitely return again.

Beautiful and spacious house, with gorgeous and peaceful views. So relaxing. The house had everything we needed. Our family loved the pool and being so close to the village. We walked there daily for breakfast, dinner or ice cream! The Siesta beaches are also amazing - and walkable! Loved vacationing here!
