Wonderful apartment with everything you could need! I appreciated the host's thoughtfulness about amenities. Great location. Highly recommend.

Room is well equipped, with cooktop, oven, fridge. Good location, walking distance to the lifts.

Location was fantastic, a cosy spot for two near Kitzbühel old town with handy parking and a laundrette located in the shops below.

Perfect location. 10-15 min. walk from train station and the two main lifts. Nice welcome basket with drinks and fruits and another one when we left. Balcony facing the back yard. No street noise and limited mountain view. Bird song. Recycling chamber in the basement.

If you are sensitive to smoke, neighbours smoke on their balconies, but not for long periods of time.

Very handy location for centre & easy walk to Hahnenkammbahn gondola. Great little Italian restaurant underneath the apartment. Apartment has everything you would need for a short stay. Host left fruit & basics such as tea/coffee on arrival. Compact but well equipped.

Amazing location, room and host. Thomas picked us up at the train station and took us a short ride away to the property. A lovely fruit basket and drinks were awaiting us at the cozy space. It was spacious for two people and quite comfortable and clean. The kitchen appeared to be newly remodeled and was well equipped. The property was a 5-10 minute walk from everything in town. There is a strong, hot shower, so welcome after a day of long walks up and down the steep streets. At the end of our stay, Thomas gave us a ride to the station… not far, but still preferable to hauling bags over cobblestone streets. It will definitely be our first choice when we get a chance to return.

Two beds rather than one to share. We could have pushed them together, but we’re too exhausted the end of each day. Also, an elevator would have been nice, but for most who visit Kitzbühel for sporting purposes, I doubt it would be a big deal.
