Walking distance to restaurants and shops, fun rooftop deck!

The property management company was courteous and responsive to our questions. The maintenance staff had to do a routine check-in on something noticed by the cleaning staff. We were impressed by their diligence to make sure all was well our rooftop patio door. And our guy who came… I think his name was Leroy, he was friendly and very kind, even volunteering additional information. Nice condo and nice experience overall.

We had a wonderful time in Asheville with many things to do from the Va Zoom Party Bus to watching Elk in the Valley and of course The Biltmore Estate and Winery A great time had by all. Thank you VRBO.

Terrific location, en suite baths & internet TV in every room were helpful; however, for the price, we were disappointed by the quality of provided necessities … one-ply toilet paper, 3-in-1 bath product, rusty knives. A few thoughtful touches would have gone a long way to validate our decision to splurge on this listing. The beds were comfortable and the living room/kitchen level was a great place to gather.

We stayed here July 21-25 for a “mini family reunion” and the place was perfect. The location is, as advertised, very convenient to the craft beer scene and to downtown. The condo was perhaps the most nicely appointed VRBO home we’ve ever had. The furniture, the fixtures, and the provided housewares were all top notch. Even with three vehicles, parking was no problem - the garage housed one and there was plenty of convenient street parking for the other two. The elevator was great for groceries and luggage. Only two things surprised us: one was the lack of a dresser in the upstairs guest room. The other was wasps in the fire pit - though someone must have anticipated that, as there was a can of insecticide spray nearby. Neither of these were major issues, just surprising given the overall high quality of the property. Overall an outstanding place in a wonderful location. We will likely return to Asheville and will most definitely look to stay in this property, or a similar Yonder managed one, again.

As described. Clean, comfortable, central location. Everything went smoothly, no issues.

We were very happy with the condo and it was very nicely appointed. It was very clean, nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable, and everyone had a private bath. The top deck was super nice with the firepit. It was easy access to everything. We especially enjoyed the ball games taking place next door. The condo had excellent sound proofing but it really was not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Slam. The condo was spacious and very clean. The location was great for Downtown, Biltmore and the Biltmore Village!

We wanted walking access to south slope brewery district and downtown. And easy access to freeways to go to Pisgah and DuPont to mountain bike. This property nailed it and was also great because it had a bathroom per bedroom. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed the property - completely as advertised. Perfect location for minor league games and easy walk into the heart of downtown. Recommend.

Easy to walk to downtosn, place was very nice inside

This house worked out perfectly. We loved the roof top deck mountain view, with gas firepit, and the open floor plan of the interior. The garage comfortably fit an SUV and we had free street parking for our 2nd vehicle. Beds were comfortable, with nice linens. A very short drive or Uber to downtown and close to the Biltmore as well. - Definitely recommend

Been staying here for past couple years. Got lucky and got snow last year. We weren’t so lucky this time but it is still a great place to stay.

We were in Asheville for a family wedding. It was great having the extra space to spread out instead of just a hotel room. We loved the location and walked almost everywhere we went. The Biltmore was only about 5-8 minutes away by car....a great bonus!

Great location. Beautiful condo. Walls are a little thin (can hear a lot of outside activity) and, per the description, the garage is tight. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is clean, modern, very well appointed, and very homey! The rooftop deck is amazing! Location cannot be beat...walked to breweries, shops, and restaurants. Perfect place for 6 adults!!! Definitely recommend!!

This was an amazing house. We spent our days out sightseeing and our evenings on the beautiful roof top deck. Everything was just wonderful. This was our first time to Asheville and this house just made the stay so comfortable. I would definitely rent here again.

Wow! This property was wonderful! We had 6 adults and it fit everyone perfectly (6'2 guys didn't mind the bunk beds). The levels of the house makes it very quite and allows everyone to have their own space. Walking to everything! So convenient! Beautiful rooftop with gas firepit! Would absolutely come again!

Perfect for walking to the Southslope breweries and restaurants.

The location, right next to the minor league ball park, within easy walking distance to both the south slope brewery district and downtown, is excellent. The condo is new, clean, everything works, well equipped and the roof patio is very nice on a warm evening. The check-in and check-out were contactless and smooth. The only downside I can see is the vertical nature of the floorplan. There are four floors with lots of stairs - you will get your exercise. There is an elevator within the apartment, but we found ourselves mostly using the stairs.

The townhome had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will sure be back again. The location can’t be beat, we were Able to walk to restaurants and downtown. The townhouse was spacious, modern, and cozy, nicely and tastefully decorated.

Property was very clean, well-maintained, and close proximity to many great places the downtown Asheville area has to offer! Highly recommend and would stay at this location again.

We stayed for a week and loved this property. We had two kids with us (age 7 and 10) and really enjoyed being able to walk to town as well as the easy ability to drive in and around Asheville. House was modern but very comfortable. Mgmt company was responsive when a fire alarm battery needed replacing. I would 100% stay here again. A few notes: - Our Ford Explorer DID fit in the garage, but any larger car would not.- The bedroom with the bunk beds is on the ground floor. My 7 year old did not want to sleep there by himself so the kids shared the queen bed on the top floor. - Beds were very comfortable - My only real complaint was the shower which seemed less upscale than everything else there.

The place was great. The only trouble was a charge after we stayed claiming we’d broken properly that we did not break.

The place was modern and decorated nicely. Main issue was our suburban does NOT fit into that garage. In general, we have 3 teenage kids- the 2 athletic boys did not fit in the bunk beds and the car didn’t fit in the garage. This place for a petite group! Location was ok but be prepared for nightly sirens. Location was easy to walk to restaurants.
