Me, my bridesmaids, and my mom all stayed here the night before my wedding. We got to chill and have a super fun girls night, then got to wake up and get ready for my wedding. It was such a cool space to get ready in! It was clean, super modern, and very pretty to take pics in. Evan was incredibly accommodating! 100% Will refer friends and family!

Great experience! Stayed here for a short staycation with my partner for his birthday. Evan was so communicative and easy to work with. He even left a gift for my partner’s birthday! We had a small group of people over for dinner, and after letting him know beforehand it was all approved. Really appreciated the flexibility and quick communication. Also, the place is so cute and such a convenient location!

We had a great stay at this townhome. The townhome is close to the airport and other SLC attractions. The unit was clean and well kept. The host, Evan, provided detailed information about the unit and the area. He was quick to respond to our questions and was overall very helpful. The townhome had everything you could need to make the stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this townhome for anyone visiting SLC.

An excellent spot for people looking to explore downtown Salt Lake. My family goes to FanX every year and this was a great place for us to gather. We never had to fuss with our cars, we were able to just walk out the door and get where we wanted to go. Everyone was able to have their own space and the VRBO was well stocked and clean. The owner was amazing and an excellent communicator. Would stay again next year!

This place couldn't be better! Clean, charming, and full of all the amenities. This is a great walking neighborhood. It's so peaceful yet close to all the hot spots. Communication with the host was amazing. We can't wait to return.

Lovely apparently new construction near Temple Square in downtown SLC. Property manager (Evan) was easy to work with and communicated in advance to make sure everything was ready for our arrival. Tastefully decorated home with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Super clean and well organized. Owners clearly take care of their home and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend.

Great place, confirmed. Came back to Salt Lake City after a short trip up to Big Sky Montana. Evan was great to deal with as usual, very easy to communicate with and had everything ready to go for us, along with being there for us on special needs. Easy walk from town house into City Creek Mall, downtown area, for shopping, restaurants, pubs, etc....Coffee and bagels is across the alley, so very easy to get things going in the morning. Can't go wrong with this property, on future visits it will be our place to go.

5 star rating across the board for this property, perfect for our group of 6 adults. Evan was a great host from our original conversations about the property and during our stay. Home is new and beautifully set up has everything you would need as a renter. It's a easy walk to downtown.....it will be our go to rental when we return to SLC. Thanks, Evan....

I loved Evan's space. It is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and sparkling clean. I had a great night's sleep after a long day of travel - the beds were very comfortable (I stayed in the king room). The private garage made it so easy to park, and I can imagine during the colder winter months having an indoor private attached garage would be even more valuable. Check-in was easy because everything was digital with keypads and such, so I didn’t have to worry about keys (and also it made check-in all contactless). When I pulled into the garage, I was impressed that there was even some workout equipment! I had every intention of doing a workout, but I was too lazy haha - BUT I appreciated the nice touches like this that made it an exceptionally comfortable stay. Evan sent clear, detailed instructions and was communicative. I would 100% stay again. Thank you Evan!

I can’t believe this place exists so close to downtown SLC! The pictures DO NOT do it justice- this place is huge and so beautiful, clean and comfortable. Evan’s place is perfect and he was the best short term rental host I’ve ever had. He was super flexible and made our stay amazing. If you are looking at other places to stay do yourself a favor and stop, book this place immediately. You definitely want to stay here! We’ll be back!

I wanted to extend an extra day and Evan went above and beyond to help me out- he even spent hours on the phone with VRBO to make sure I was charged correctly and didn’t overpay...that is dedication! This place is perfect. So close to downtown area, skiing, and the kitchen is amazingly huge!

From the start, Evan was amazing and very accommodating. He responds quickly and is very personable. My new wife and I spent the weekend here and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful spot. Evan even went as far to get us flowers to congratulate our new marriage! 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing weekend with zero worries.

Very nice new property in great location. Comfortable furnishings including memory foam mattress in master. Having a garage is a nice bonus... convenient and safe (just left my skis in the car). I've stayed at other properties near the convention center where walking is more sketchy. Not the case with this property. Definitely in the nice end of town. I'll be back.
