great location! dog beach and pier park is just a 5 minute walk!

Very clean and nice. Pet friendly was a plus! Pool onsite was well maintained and very close to unit. Three stories was awesome until day 2 and 3😑 Overall a wonderful vacation and great experience.

We stayed in the #18 unit. Unit was clean and as shown in pictures. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks towards the beach. The other upstairs bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the pool. The master bed was a little creaky ( extra springy), the kids below definitely hear that type of adult activity if you catch my drift. I think that bed could be upgraded, of course that’s just my opinion. The kitchen had almost everything you need. There wasn’t a baking tray , cheese grader or anything to store left over food in but we made out fine. Overall it’s a good spot and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and the location was perfect and within walking distance of almost anything you could need! Absolutely no complaints from us at all.. but I don’t think I realized there were so many stairs from the listing. It wasn’t a problem for us at all but I could see it being a bit much for very small kids or elderly folks. Would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

The website was easy to navigate and they sent detailed, easy instructions to follow, from checking in down to what to expect. There was an issue with the dryer in the unit and they sent someone out in a timely manner to fix it. However it needed a part, which they ordered as soon as they could, which took a couple of days since it was a holiday weekend. So not having a dryer in the beginning was a headache but they resolved the issue as soon as they could. The house was nice, but walking up the stairs every day was a lot. The area where the house was located was very busy and at times loud but it did not bother us much. The proximity to pier park was very nice and convenient. The pool was very close to the house and was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, however I’m not sure we would stay in this particular house again just because of the layout. We did not have anyone in our party that couldn’t handle the stairs but it was definitely a lot more than some of us were expecting. The beach access was right across the street and extremely convenient. The beach was very crowded the first few days we were there, but it was a holiday weekend. Once the holiday was over, it was a lot less crowded. The parking was also very tight. We had a Honda Ridgeline truck and a Toyota Tacoma. It took multiple tries to get them both parked in the carport. And the overflow parking for the area was always full from other tenants leaving vehicles. The parking was also made more difficult by someone parking a vehicle in from of there carport because there was not enough overflow parking. Again, it was a very enjoyable vacation but I’m not sure we would book this specific property again for personal preferences. We would definitely book with blue swell again!!

The property was beautiful and conveniently located. We were happy to find the house nicely furnished, clean, and well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, and cookware. All that we had hoped for and more!

This house is in a nice location but wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and has a lot of steps. If you’re traveling with a lot of stuff be prepared for all the trips up the stairs. Beds are very very uncomfortable. Pool was green and someone only came by once in the week we stayed to “clean” it, and all he did was put chlorine in it. Cleaned a stain out of the carpet, not sure what it was but if I could get it out so could their cleaning people. On the second night there my husband caught a roach in the bathroom. We talked to another couple staying in a different unit and they said there was dog poo left in their unit. Don’t waste your money.

Tropical decor. Cute house. Shared pool. Right next to Pier Park & across street from beach. There were a few issues which we noticed upon arrival ( rips in one sofa, broken window).. These didn’t lessen our enjoyment of our week. We reported the issues & sent photos, so that we wouldn’t be held responsible . We got a response stating that they would not blame us for damage, & window would be reported to maintenance. Overall, we had a wonderful week in this house & would stay there again.

However, if you're expecting a beach rental that's not brand new but pretty well maintained, this is it! Location cannot be beat! We literally walked to Pier Park and to the beach. The property location was very close (walking distance) to the Pier and the mall and was very close to the beach. As for the house, upon we entry we noticed a significant amount of black mold and water dripping off the upstairs bathroom ceiling. The house also had odor of Mildew. I contacted the management company according to their instructions as they requested. Within 1 hour after the online contact, a maintenance individual was at the house and wiped down the mold with some disinfectant. We decided to close the upstairs bathroom vent to keep the bathroom warmer and prevent condensation from reoccurring. The house overall was nice, but did have alot of sand on the floors upon entry. There is a pool on the back side, which is close to the house as well. Covered parking under the house is convenient. To give the rental house a break, we did go at the end of the rental season, and likely needs some refreshing and some TLC. In summary, We enjoyed our stay but the house did lack some cleaning and needs some changes in help control the humidity and mold issues in the house.

House was fine, odd layout with Kitchen on very top floor... Prepare to go up and down steps a massive amount of time. Location was great for my older teen that could walk to pier park. Top view was good, but views of ocean on any other level were no existent. Pool was good. Only issue, they had no control of, was the amount of traffic and the loudness of cars. I would return here.

Location was great. Beach was nice and not crowded. Pier Park was a short walk. House does have a couple flights of steps that will worknout them leg muscles. You can be on Beach sand in less than 2 minutes. We had a pleasant time.

I am unhappy with Blue Swell Rentals and with the property.1. Check in was delayed by 2.5 hours. After driving all day with a car load of kids, we were supposed to check in at 4PM. As we were just arriving to PCB we received a text at 3:48, “We expect that your unit will be ready between 6 and 7PM… Thank you for your patience and understanding during this peak season.” At 5:43 they texted, “thank you for your patience your unit is now ready for check in. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady was still in the unit and said it would be about 10 more minutes. She finished cleaning at 6:30. According to the rental agreement, I would have to pay $ an hour for late checkout. Too bad there is not a $ an hour for the unit not being ready for check in. That would be $ to me!2. The stairs are awful and dangerous. No, not the fact that it’s a three-story rental. Although walking up to the third floor (kitchen, living room, balcony) did really suck, the problem was the trim that was used on the stairs. As you walk down the stairs, the trim would catch on your feet. This caused several in our party to trip down the stairs. It’s really a safety issue. Several pieces were loose, and several pieces completely came off the stairs. The gooey sticky caulk/adhesive they used to try and fix this before our arrival would then get on your feet as you went up or down the stairs. Fun times!3. Four days after checkout, Blue Swell sent me an email staying that I had caused damage to the property and charged me $. We did not cause the damage. I have emailed Blue Swell several times without any response. Crickets… Thanks VRBO for reminding me to write a review.4. The pool was nice.5. The road noise was a real distraction from being able to sit on the 3rd floor balcony and enjoy the beach/ocean view.

The house was very nice and clean. Easy walk to the beach and Pier Park.

The property is ideally located right next to Pier Park together with all it's shopping, dining and entertainment. But, get in shape. It's three stories of climbing to get all of your gear off loaded and stowed. We couldn't walk for two days but then again, everyone is not our age. The only sour note is the difference between the VRBO advertised rate and the actual daily rate. Once the agency tacks on it's fees, the rate doubles and we were not happy with that.

Nice to be right across street from dog beach and close to Pier Park for shopping, dining, etc. Plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have several balconies!
