We enjoyed our stay here, the housekeeping was immaculate, the kitchen very modern, and the space downstairs was generous and inviting. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and easy parking. My only concern for seniors like us (in our 80s) was the steep staircase to the upper floor and the big steps in the front with no handrail. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very well appointed clean and a perfect set up for our family. It was exactly as advertised and we highly recommend this place especially if you want a break from a hotel. It is walking distance to Main Street and in a nice quiet location. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very nicely decorated. We felt safe and comfortable. It’s a perfect location to take a walk along the canal and downtown. We would highly recommend it to family and friends.

My wife and I were in town for 10 days to help our son and wife work through the birth of grandson #2. The property is in a good location, close to many very nice restaurants. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Our stay was negatively impacted by temperatures that reached the mid 90's during our 10 day stay. Walking in town was tough with the temps, but we still had a good time.

Very charming townhouse, great location. Stairs heading to the second floor were a little steep, but easy enough manage once you get used to it. Kitchen was spacious and larger than anticipated. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

Great little place to stay in Frederick for a couple or small family. House was clean and up to date with good Wi-Fi and well set up kitchen. Best part was being able to walk into the center of town for shops and restaurants in 5 minutes! Highly recommended!!

What a lovely little townhouse. A little bit off the beaten track, but close to all the downtown attractions. The home was comfortable although a little close for four seniors. Danny could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, although bunk beds for our senior friends were not optimal. For a couple with two small children, this home would be great. We had a great time and really got to enjoy downtown Frederick. Many thanks to Danny!

Very nicely redecorated. Easy off street parking. Big backyard but doesn’t seem to have any outdoor seating area (was too cold to use on my trip anyway. Bunk bed room is pretty tiny but adequate for smaller kids.

We traveled from NC to Frederick MD for a family event. The house was conveniently located to shops and restaurants in downtown Frederick. We were also close to other family located in the area. We made use of the lovely kitchen and enjoyed quiet evenings in the comfortable living and dining room.

My wife and I had a weekend getaway with no kids. This property was beautiful! It was clean, well decorated, and cozy with a great location. We easily walked to restaurants in the downtown area.

Perfect spot for a weekend! We were going to a wedding at Union Mills Public House and this was an easy walk there and downtown. The neighborhood is quiet, and though it looks a little isolated, it's very easy and quick to get everywhere. Rooms are as pictured and all the necessities were provided. We had a slight glitch with check in but it was solved in about 10 min. I'd recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay, visiting many Historic sites. The home is located in a perfect spot for those who are looking for a home-base that is close to Historic Frederick. There are many attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance from the vacation home. Our host was helpful and promptly answered any concerns or questions. We give this VRBO a 5 star rating.

Property was really nice. We had a minor issue with the door lock code, but that was resolved quickly. Close to downtown and the canal park. We walked wherever we went with no difficulty for two senior citizens. Overall a good experience.

I met my daughter in Frederick for a few days of being together. We had the best time. The house was comfortable and located close to everything. We enjoyed walking everywhere. it was a great location.

Convenient to downtown Frederick with all the amazing restaurants and shops. River walk is nearby as well as the MARC train station for a day in Washington without the traffic! Danny and his wife did a wonderful job renovating a 1860's brownstone with modern conveniences while keeping the original charm.

In town for a combination HS reunion and boys weekend, and couldn’t have been a better choice. Within a mile of literally all the restaurants, breweries, and shops that you would ever want to visit. A quiet urban part of town, convenient to everything.

The main selling point of this place is its proximity to downtown Frederick. The host was accommodating and very responsive.
Kitchen was well-stocked, and every fixture/appliance was in perfect working order.

Very nice rental. No clutter, sleek decor, great location to canal, restaurants and activities. Never needed to move our car because of so many options within easy walking didtance.
Older people need to be aware of tricky stairs and absence of grab bar in shower.

My wife and I regularly visit Frederick for short get-a-ways and have stayed in rentals all over the downtown area. This place was great and one of our favorites. Right off the canal and close to all the main attractions downtown. Great styling inside and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This fully renovated row house was great! All amenities were covered and kitchen essentials all there. It's super cute and historic. You can easily walk to everything downtown - and we did. We were there for a show at the Weinburg theater and walked along the wonderful canal to get there. You will love this one!

The place was fantastic! Super clean and very easy to work with owner. He is very helpful! So close to town and so easy to walk to everything! Only time we drove was to go on a hike, which was beautiful! Thanks for the great stay in a really cool town!

Really great location to enjoy everything that downtown Frederick has to offer! Quiet street with lots or available parking an convenient walk to bars, restaurants, breweries, and the creek. This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, thoughtfully laid out and just as described. We were within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go which was a huge plus! Danny was excellent to work with and very responsive! Would definitely consider staying here or one of his other properties again!

Just as pictured, very clean!
This townhouse was just as pictured in the listing. It was very clean. The townhouse is located fairly close to downtown, it is walkable but we usually drove to one of the two parking garages downtown because of the weather and parking is very reasonably priced. We would stay at this property or one of Danny's other properties next time we visit Frederick.

Nice cozy stay
The home was exactly as it appeared. It was very clean and well appointed. Only downside was the size of the bathroom sink... almost too small to wash up in! The location was a short walk to town. But, it is on the edge of town and you don't want to wander off in the wrong direction.
I would definitely recommend.
