Absolutely amazing property. Felt just like home. Great communication with the host who is extremely responsive. If your looking for a hidden gem in the city this is it!!!

This was the absolute perfect space while traveling from Indianapolis to Phoenix. The neighborhood is lovely, and the location was perfect! The room was gorgeous with all the amenities you would need. It was very cozy, impeccably clean, and had the perfect home away from home vibe. The courtyard was gorgeous and so relaxing. Thanks Jill for being a wonderful host!

We loved everything about this VERY charming place! Not only was it extremely clean, but it was perfectly stocked with everything you would need for a perfect getaway. And we really enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard at night with the fireplace, a glass of wine, and the sound of the water feature. It was simply the best and we will always come back. The hosts were not only wonderful (Jill & Eric), but we quickly found out we knew each other!! It was truly like staying with friends :)

The Brick house has been perfect for our visits to Phoenix to see family. Jill is great at communicating and the place is impeccable. We will definitely be back!

I abooked this property for my sister and her husband. They loved it so much they want to stay again when they return to Phoenix. They said the bed was super comfortable. The enclosed courtyard area has a fountain, beautiful foliage and lots of seating. It is so very peaceful!

Wonderful location central to all the places we wanted to go, including State Farm Stadium. Friendly hosts, clean and relaxing and great hospitality! We loved coffee in the courtyard. We would definitely book this place again!

The small unit was neat and clean. It is in a convenient location with spacious off-street parking. Jill has included easy instructions and pleasant amenities like hair dryer, coffee maker, micro-wave and hot plate. This VRBO beats any local hotel room hands-down.

Jill was an excellent hostess. Any questions we had for Jill was answered immediately. Beautiful outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the wonderful sunshine!

A friend and I stayed 2 nights in this adorable and private suite with a separate entrance. The property is easy to find with the owner providing clear directions. The suite has so many nice touches that elevate it from comfortable to luxurious. We made use of the microwave, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The bed is so comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be sure to check out the Music Instrument Museum - we went for a couple hours but could have spent the whole day!

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. The property was perfect and provided everything I needed for the time I was there. I met Jill. She was just as lovely as her property! I will definitely return the next time I am in Phoenix for business...looking forward to it!

Beautiful place

We had a great stay at the at The Brick House! I came to Phoenix for some professional training and needed an nice affordable place to stay. My husband was with for the first few days of the trip and then I stayed for 4 days by myself. The room is very clean and quaint, perfect for 1 to 2 people! It's in a great neighborhood and I felt very safe while staying there by myself. Would definitely stay again!

This was one of the cleanest VRBO places that I have ever stayed at. Everything was immaculate and had every amenity that I needed. It was located in a very nice quite neighborhood and I spent one morning walking around the area and close by park. It was the perfect size for me for my two day trip to attend the Fiesta Bowl. I would definitely recommend this property for one or two people staying in the Phoenix area. I would give it more than 5 stars in I could.

I am SO happy and grateful that I found this amazing rental for my week-long stay in Phoenix. I really could not have asked for a better place – beautiful surroundings, great location, super comfortable bed, stocked with everything I could need, etc. Jill was such a gracious host, going so far as to leave a beautiful arrangement of flowers for me for my birthday. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Phoenix!

Cozy, clean & convenient. Jill and her family were so sweet welcoming us. Loved having our own parking spot and the ease of coming and going. Very convenient location for our visit to see our daughter at GCU. Room was beautifully decorated and so comfortable with all the amenities. We will be back!

Jill and her husband were super accommodating and helpful, and the place was delightful! Only about 15 minutes from campus and in a lovely neighborhood. :)

Nice stay

It was very earthy. Is tiny and cute with a mini kitchen. No stove just a microwave. It is a guest house. It was not a separate guest house. It did have wooden front patio with a water fountain ⛲️. The bedding position had great view you can see the trees and the moon at night.

Cute, cozy and comfortable! Actually looks the pictures :) Had everything we needed and the hosts were great! Loved it!

Clean, well appointed cottage

This place is simply, gorgeous and cozy! The bed was so comfy! The owners were so friendly and quick to respond and communicate! My daughter and I appreciated the sweet little extras, like the coffee bar, popcorn, chilled water bottles in the mini fridge. Perfect location to get to GCU, Scottsdale and North PHX. Got to visit North PHX Church for Easter service (less than 10 minutes away)! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to PHX!!
