곰팡이 냄새가 너무 남 곰팡이 냄새 때문에 공기 청정 스프레이를 두 통이나 씀. 워크숍 때문에 어쩔 수 없이 지냈음. 식당 계란, 오리알, 고등어등 신선도 문제 있음. 샤워기 수압이 너무 낮음. 21층이었는데 뜨거운물 잘 나오지 않음.

We really enjoyed our stay at Poulo Wai in Phnom Penh. It is a really well finished and welcoming building from walking into reception. The staff were wonderful for our trip here, any questions we had they were only to glad to help and offer suggestions of what to do and see in and around the city. Facilities were very good in room and gym etc... Highly recommend this hotel should you be staying in Phnom Penh. Location is good, a short walk gets you to the waterfront, a few minutes walk to central market or there are plenty of Tuk Tuks around to get there that bit quicker!

They charge more when you take someone to the room, which we booked a room already whether it was booked 1 person but i think we can bring 1 friend to the room at least.

Great spacious rooms (we stayed at Building B, having the exec suites), clean, AC and shower working very well, great views if you have a room on the higher floors. Very good location, good restaurant options in the neighborhood or a short walk/drive.

Probably a bar at the swimming pool would be a nice addition! There was some noise from the bar(s) down the street that could be noisy for some rooms but that’s an external factor which is tough to deal with for the hotel.

Excellent services in the hotel. Only negative point, the services proposed by the hotel to travel around like booking the bus to Siem Reap was too not matching the initial proposition and was quite expensive.

it was central or a $2/3 Tuk Tuk ride away from everywhere we wanted to go . Spacious room and separate bath / shower . Staff were absolutely lovely and kind and caring and friendly . Extremely clean and quite modern. Breakfast was OK with soup or omelette made to order plus fruit/ cereal and some other dishes. No Pool Bar as advertised - and no way to purchase a drink to have by the pool .( I did ask the attendant ) The ‘ constant ‘ Doof Doof ‘ music overnight was quite audible from a club nearby as was a rooster consistently crowing - is something to be wary of if you are a light sleeper - this is in likes on property as ran out of room in dislikes . But this is not Hotel fault - more to let people know to be aware

Construction going on around pool area meant we couldn’t spend time relaxing due to noise and smell of chemicals being used . Slightly disappointed by this as it was something we were looking forward to - but it is what it is . We had a washing machine and kitchen in the room which was also advertised as having a microwave - however we had to ask staff to unlock the door to the washing machine and were unable to get understanding to provide us with a rack to hang the clothes to dry - but were provided with some coat hangers and I bought pegs so was able to make it work . There was not a microwave - nor a single item that you could use to cook with such as cutlery or crockery - I could have asked about it -but in the scheme of things not so important other than maybe handy for those to heat up a late night snack from left overs ….or if someone was traveling with young children . Another minor issue was that the plugs in bath and basin just would not hold the water in - so no soak after a busy day . But again - minor problems which are totally out of the staffs control .

Great staff and services. Everyone was so nice and attentive. I tend to mind my own business but one of the night, due to loud neighbor, I called front desk at 130a to request attention to the matter and I was pleasantly surprised that the noise stopped pretty quickly.

I think the free breakfast selections need a little bit more varieties. There were only 3 fruits (orange, dragonfruit, and papaya) available for breakfast. Cambodia has so many other fruits available! The gym and pool were really nice. They even have pool table and also a ping pong table with bing bong robot. However, it closes early at 7p. I like to work out late (after 9p) so it was disappointing when it was completely closed after 7p.

Everything. The sky bar was great, the staff were lovely, and there was a great bistro over the road (although the hotel food was very good as well). Very civilised attitude to smoking - on the balcony and in open air is fine. Great value for money.

The showers are run off solar power which is a great idea but have to be left to run for 15-20 minutes before they heat up which seems like a huge waste of water and needs to be factored in timing wise if heading out anywhere
