Convenient location. Only thing I would suggest is to make sure you let renters know that large vehicles will not fit in garage. Also the floors could use a good scrubbing. My socks were black from first day we were there.

Nice place and amenities. Two garage spots are great but beyond that street parking is sketchy.

Large townhome with 4 beds and 4 baths, plenty of room to accommodate my husband and I and 2 daughters and their husbands. Clean and nicely decorated. Each bedroom’s theme was that of a country singer which was fun…i had Johnny Cash! You’re a 10 or 15 minute Uber ride from downtown which is great. I only wish there were a few places near by that we could walk to if we didn’t want to go downtown. But it was a great place to stay for a large group …. I would definitely book again!

My 3 friends and I stayed at this location for a long weekend. We loved the uniqueness of the property in that each bedroom has its own bathroom. There were no surprises, it looked almost identical to the listing pictures. The professional management team was just that, professional and very prompt to respond to messages. They were also a bit flexible with check out time. There were also an abundance of clean towels and items we needed for the kitchen. If I had to offer one area of constructive criticism it would be concerning some aspects of the cleanliness of the property. There was a clump of hair in the master bedroom shower, one of pans on the kitchen was dirty, and the front door area contained multiple spider webs that made it initially difficult to access the door lock. However, all in all, we had a really pleasant stay and would recommend this location to others.

The condo was not too far from downtown Nashville which is where we spent most of our time. Nice complex. The cleaning crew could put forth alittle more time to ensure everything is cleaned well and some of the walls could use some paint touch up. Overall it was good and would stay there again.

Large 4 bedroom condo very true to the listing pictures. Having 4 en-suite bathrooms was ideal. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway. We had a great time.

Loved how the house was decorated! Plenty of space to gather or get away from one another. House had toiletries in each bathroom, check in was so easy and they were so accommodating to our earlier checkin.

This property was beautiful, from every detail of the themed rooms to the spacious kitchen and living room area and the decor. Very easy check in process and very detailed instructions and helpful guide book. We traveled as three couples of friends, the fourth had to cancel last minute but the suites are all private with your own space, we each had our own “floor” at bedtime. There is a lot of stairs Involved if you are in one of the third floor rooms but not a detractor from the overall experience of the home. Thank you so much for making our trip so enjoyable

We had a great trip with short Uber rides to Broadway and many other attractions in Nashville. The condo was very clean and decorated with the perfect Nashville theme. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and they are separated onto each floor which makes it nice if you are traveling with people that snore!

This was probably one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, great location, bathrooms in each room (HUGE plus), easy check-in/out process and the house just had a really cool vibe. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall, a wonderful stay! We had a slight hiccup at check-in but Kevin was very communicative and it all worked out. 4 couples, each with their own bathroom - a rare but perfect find! The kitchen and living room were more spacious than expected. The decor cannot be topped- such attention to detail! We would definitely stay here again.

Very cute Nashville setup! Was a great accommodation and slept PLENTY comfortably . We had 7 girls , and each room had a bathroom! What’s not to love! Great spot for a girls trip.

Property was as described. There was an issue with one of the showers not being clean. Kevin was quick to act and send someone to clean ASAP. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun place in an eclectic area. Not really walkable but great places to eat (lots of amazing vegan options) within a short drive and close to the freeway, which made getting around easy. Very responsive property manager. Could use a deep clean. Would stay here again. Thank you!

If you want to say with friends in Nashville and be closes to downtown this is a place. The condo is just as the pictures show!! Ten mins to downtown. This host is awesome! Every time I sent and email to them, they came back within mins. This condo will be on my list for saying with family and friends in Nashville. Thanks for a great weekend!

Everything was great very clean. 2 car garage was great. Can use some additional parking for guests etc. But we had a great time. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Everything was PERFECT!!! Honestly the pictures do this property no justice! It was WAY better in person! PERFECT FOR A BACHELORETTE PARTY! Everyone had their own space they provided all kinds of little extras like makeup wipes that was VERY special!

The property manager is EXCEPTIONAL and the home was beautiful! Very happy and would recommend this place

This property was a great choice for my family to stay for my son’s wedding. The Johnny Cash room was the biggest and had a huge closet and nice sized bathroom. The Dolly room is on the ground level and is private from the rest of the condo but a nice choice for anyone who likes to go to bed early or sleep late. The patsy room is on the main level and so cute. The Johnny room and Willie room are on the third level on opposite sides of the third floor. Everything was clean and new and the decor was so fun and unique! The location was fine for us because our events for the stay were scattered and we had 2 vehicles so we could drive wherever we needed to go. Don’t think twice about this property; you won’t be disappointed!

I booked this property for my friends bachelorette party and it was perfect. The property is well decorated. Kevin was very accommodating and was always quick to answer any questions we had! I will definitely book this again for future events in Nashville.
