Stayed here with my sisters on a 5 night trip. Beautiful apartment, extremely clean, comfortable beds! Great location only 10 mins from main hub of Split which only cost €3/€4 in an Uber! Owner was super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!

Top floor apartment with no lift. No problem for adults but not for people with small children/buggies or the elderly!

Well equipped, clean, aircon, easy walking distance to Old Town, supermarket and bakery right next door. Lovely hosts, really welcoming and flexible with checkin and checkout times.

Everything was great! The host and her daughter were so helpful and nice. They told us crucial information about Split and the most interesting places. On the last day, they gave us a lift to the bus station. The accommodation was splendid, cozy, and well-equipped, situated near all important spots.

Great flat, location and absolutely wonderful hosts. All our needs were met - travelling with a toddler all the extras were provided (cot, bedding, high chair). We had a great stay. We like walking and most things were quite accessible on foot which was convenient.

We liked everything. Literally everything was excellent. Wonderful owners, so as the apartment and location and all. If we are traveling, 100% taking the chance to stay here even for short or long stay.

I have stayed in a few places in Split and this is by far the nicest. I got the very reasonable winter rate, in summer I would not be able to afford it, but solo travelers with the budget or couples, friends, and families traveling together, look no further! I kissed a lot of frogs in years past before coming to this comfy, homey apartment. It is spotlessly clean and well furnished with everything you need. There is even a stand mixer! Lots of glassware and dishes, an immense amount of storage space, and comfortable furnishings. Big picture windows have a view onto Split buildings and the sea. Matilda and her daughter Karmen are kind and helpful. It is clear they have a lot of pride in their apartment and want it to be comfortable for their guests. You can walk to the historic center in 10 minutes. There is parking, but not your own private place, you might have to drive a little to find it. This is a residential area, and the architecture is the brutalist/socialist style. It is not quaint, it is urban. And convenient to everything; historic center, beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

Matilda the Host is an amazing person, very thoughtful, helpful, friendly and attentive to detail. The property has everything that you need to feel at home. It's also refurbished and super clean. The double bed is absolutely good. Moreover, the place is surrounded by a supermarket, pharmacy and a good restaurant just 2 minutes walk from the property.

The only negative point is there are no air conditioner or fan in the bedrooms. Also, the building outside doesn't look nice but the flat inside is lovely.
