Everything was great. This was our second time to stay in this condo. Very pleased with everything. Close to pier park. Everything we expected and more.

Property manager Rachel was so helpful. Property was clean and had everything we needed…. View was breathtaking. Property was right next to pier park which I totally recommended pompano joes for dinner. If you’re looking for a great place to have a drink the Lic is a great dive bar with darts, pool and even Jenga to play. Condo has a smart tv so be sure to bring your passwords. 10/10. We would stay again. .

We were lucky enough to rent this condo last minute. We really enjoyed the beach chair service! We did t have to stress about taking chairs or an umbrella, which was nice. The view from the bed everyone was something out of a movie.

The owner always responds quickly. This is our second time staying here. This condo is located on the 20th floor East tower. Very clean, nice furniture inside and also outside on the balcony. You will find lots of things you need upon arrival. Paper towels, linens,towels, toilet paper, hand soap, lots of kitchen utensils (pot,pans, silver ware, toaster, coffee pot). The view is awesome!

Will keep this property on my list to revise!

Overall good, good nights sleep in a comfy bed. The condo is by the elevators, not an issue at all. Inside could use a few touch ups, but clean. Close by to restaurants and shopping. The beach chairs were very nice to have on the beach.

Communication with host was fantastic! Easy check in with code number. Room was right next to elevators but we didn't hear noise in the master bedroom. Clean! Had coffee filters which I appreciated! Would stay here again!

We loved the location of this condo being on the 20th floor with amazing beachfront views of ocean from the master and family room! It’s also nice to be able to walk everywhere for food. The chairs and umbrella being included is also a huge bonus! Master bed and sleeper sofa are comfortable! We would definitely stay at this place again!

This is the third time staying on property. We enjoy this location. Once we park our rental, we hardly ever use it. The walking distance to everything works well for us.

The condo itself was nice enough. Smelled like mildew. A little rough around the edges but not too bad. The Calypso we will never stay there again. From the annoying elevators to the obnoxious noise. Someone at the resort is renting to kids or parents are dumb enough to rent for their kids. We have stayed here before but we have never experienced such noise and downright chaos. Hundreds gathered on the beach EVERY night. Yelling. Fighting. Recording it all for TicTok. We had a group outside our door yelling at 2 am! They come onto Calypso property, hung out on the rental hut thing. Even stood on the roof. The police would come. Scatter them, they would hide and be right back at it. Too bad no arrests were made. So, if you don’t mind paying a higher price than other places and have noise all night and an elevator that takes up your day, this is the place for you! We will pass!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and nice. Rachel is absolutely amazing to work with. She responded to me quickly every single time.

My spouse and I celebrated our 10th anniversary here. The apartment was spatacular! It was impeccably clean, VERY spacious. And had everything we needed. THE VIEW! FANTASTIC! If you rent this unit you will be beyond impressed! THANK YOU to Rachel for all her help with the reserving process. We had a great time and hope to visit again :)

Property and location was great..Property was as described..Couch was a little worn and uncomfortable but wasn't a big problem for me,seeing how that was my husband's spot.

If you want to park and not have to drive anywhere for the entire trip, this is the place to stay!! Plenty of access to restaurants & activities - all within walking distance!

Everything went very smooth. Rachel, the property manager, was terrific and was very quick to respond with everything. The condo was clean and everything was as described. Is in a great location and the views from the 20th floor were amazing!

The condo was wonderful and the views were excellent. We loved being directly on the beach and having the beach chairs and umbrella included each day was amazingly easy to get setup each day.

It was great! Very clean! Bed comfortable! Love the big tub! Would have been nice to been able to watch Netflix in bedroom in evenings.

Condo is well appointed, very comfortable & squeaky clean! The whole property is well maintained, even the elevators are pretty & fresh smelling. Great pools with chairs to turn towards the beach.

This condo has a great view and is the closest condo to Pier Park with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed to cook with. We enjoyed our stay and will try to come back again next year.

It was a GREAT stay. Rachael was EXCELLENT to us. The room looked just like it was on the internet. I will recommend them to anybody.

Everything about this condominium was exactly as described. Extremely clean with the most gorgeous views. The owner was very responsive throughout the whole process.

Wonderful time

Condo was well equipped and very clean. The air was not cooling properly one day. I contacted Rachel to make her aware before we left for dinner. By the time we got back maintenance had fixed the problem and the condo was cooled down. We had a great vacation and can't wait to visit again!!
