The house was perfect for our annual Family Weekend (7 adults and 4 children). The beach was easy walking distance and what a surprise-a little arcade right at the end of the street. The basketball hoop was a fan favorite for the kids as well. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook every meal at the house. We loved the roof deck which provided both picturesque views of sunsets over the marsh and beautiful views of the waves crashing at the beach.

From checking in on Thursday to checking out on Sunday, this house and host were super easy to work with. We don’t have a single complaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Just being steps from the beach was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for.

This is our 3rd year staying here, and it still never ceases to amaze our group. The house is very bright and spacious. It is the perfect site for our group of 10 adults and 2 children. It is stocked with everything you might need. All linens are provided except for beach towels. The house is located a quick walk from the beach, and close to restaurants, arcade and shops. The hosts are wonderful to deal with, providing excellent communication. We look forward to creating many more memories here in the years to come!

This house was great, the location was fabulous. We could walk to the beach as well as to the local shops. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

This is our second year at this house and we can’t wait to come back next year.

The location of this property is great just a short walk to the beach. The whole yard is enclosed and even the driveway has a gate so you don’t have to worry about the dogs which is a huge plus. The view from the upstairs deck is beautiful you can see the marsh very well and the sunsets are stunning, you can’t see much of the ocean but it’s still pretty. The kitchen has everything you could need from cups to bowls to storage containers…. There is a Keurig even though it is listed as normal coffee maker. Only downfalls was the sectional sofa isn’t very comfortable but it is large enough to hold a lot of people. The upstairs master bedroom is very nice but could use a new mattress it’s not comfortable and if you move a lot in your sleep it’s very noisy. We had a bedroom which none of the lights or outlets worked in upstairs but luckily there was only six of us so they just picked a different room (the outlet in the upstairs hall didn’t work either). Overall the property was great and I would stay here again and hopefully will in the future. Being able to bring your dogs with you and have such a great location is huge win for all the people who travel with their dogs!

10 of us were here to celebrate a 90th birthday. From the rooftop deck to the man cave in the basement, this place was perfect. The kitchen is amply equipped and very easy to work in. The living/dining room is conducive to sprawling out for good conversation and card games. The beach and toddler supplies are fantastic AND, the enclosed fence means no one can run away, including the dog! Great location for accessing Wells Beach, Hannafords, and the little arcade! Hosts were responsive to emailed questions ahead of time and there was no need to contact them during our stay because they thought of everything!

We celebrated my mom's 75th birthday by spending a week at the beach with family and two dogs. Everyone had a wonderful vacation! The home is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Location is great. Host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Highly recommend renting this house! Looking forward to returning soon1

Property was perfect for a large family. Kitchen and living/dining area was large enough for hanging out together. Plenty of parking as well! Great location! On a cold winter weekend it was toasty warm. Olivia was very responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is indeed a FANTASTIC house. Fireplace, TV, big kitchen, lots of space. Highly recommend roof deck at Sunrise to the east and Sunset to the west! Property manager was awesome to talk to and responded quickly to all questions.

Could not have asked for a better location!! Needed to travel home to host a memorial for my late father and this home was perfect. There was more than enough room for everyone to gather together , and tons to keep the little ones entertained, including lots of toys and puzzles as well as the foosball table and more! The views from the crows nest were absolutely breathtaking! Thank you for an absolutely perfect weekend in Maine. 10/10 would stay here again!!

We were 5 adults that stayed at this property to attend a family wedding. The location of the home is great as was the check in process. The house has plenty of room for people to spread out. There are also plenty of towels and bed linens which is a definite plus. The downstairs king bed is very comfy, the upstairs master bed, not so much, but that room did have a tv which was greatly appreciated. We also loved that our dog was able to come with us. The owners are very responsive and try hard to please their guest. We will definitely be back!

From the time that we booked the reservation all the way to when we closed the front door as we left, we were nothing but impressed with the property and its owners. We are definitely planning to return for yet another fun family vacation in the future!

We chose this house to bring my family and my wife's family together for an extended weekend. We got married on Drake's island ( quiet secluded beach about a 10 minute drive away) on Saturday and celebrated the rest of the time at the house and on wells beach, an easy 5 minute walk away. The house was perfect, we had 14 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant, and 1 dog comfortably staying for the weekend. The master bedroom was big with plenty of room to get ready for a wedding. The kitchen was large enough to cook for many people with more than 1 chef. The grill came in handy. We especially loved the view from the roof deck. The yard was big enough for our dog to do some running around in-between beach visits. The arcade was a nice touch to the wedding night, and the public playground across the street came in handy for keeping the toddler in a good mood! We ran into a few minor issues in the beginning but Olivia and the property manager (forgot her name, sorry!) Were quick to respond and help get the issues solved quickly sending the handyman to the property to get everything squared away. All in all a perfect place to stay for a large group of people at wells beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious and very well-furnished home, We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and we hope to return there. This certainly not a complaint but we did note absence of a ccutting board in the kitchen. Somehow, we managed!

We loved this house! It is perfect for a few families at the beach. The kids loved the walking distance to the beach, the arcade, and of course to ice cream! The adults loved the roof deck after bedtime, the kid friendliness of the house and the great seafood a short walk at Forbes! The one complaint I had was about the master bed, it is so creaky and loud it woke us up even when we were just rolling over in the night! I would love to recommend a new bed frame for that room, it would really make the experience much better. Overall, highly recommend staying here with your family and friends!

This is the 2nd summer in a row we opted for this house in Wells to host our annual trip to Maine. This 6 bedroom house suits all of our needs. It's within walking distance of the beach as well as an Arcade and Ice Cream shops for the kids. We have a blended family with adult children and grandchildren. This house has plenty of parking for staggered arrivals and comes equipped with anything you might need (including fun at the beach chairs, boards and a corn hole game )!

Wonderful vacation house for large families!

Our family continued its annual tradition (41st consecutive year)of spending time in Wells Beach. This year, at this beautiful home. Exactly as described on Vrbo! Spacious, clean and well equipped for a large family. We hope to spend time together there next summer!

The house had plenty of room for all of us, had a well equipped kitchen, and the extras, beach chairs, wagons for the beach and games for outdoors (bocce, cornhole) were great for keepiing teens and adults occupied. We definitely would like to book for next year!!

Another great year at this house and in Wells!

The house and location were perfect for our large family. I only have positive things to say about our stay. And the hosts were responsive for any questions we had. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Such an amazing time! The house was perfect for our party of 7 adults and 5 kids ranging from the ages of 1-6 years old. It had everything we needed including a pack-n-play, portable kids booster chair/seat, beach chairs and 2 wagons to bring stuff down to the beaach. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. It's in a perfect location to walk to the beach(less than 5 minutes)-I suggest walking to Public Access #2 as this has better access to the beach (no ramps so be prepared to carry the wagons down!). There's a playground and arcade right around the corner which was great for the kiddos too. The house is very close to a number of restauarnts which we got take-out from the majority of the nights. Can't say enough great things about our stay! Would highly recommend!!
